Asked for male, 29 years old from Hyderabad

I am a male 29 years old, suffering from cold and mild fever for 3 days taken dolo 650 and cetirizine (okacet cold) and now I feel that fever is increased eyes are so hot and changed my medicines to mahacef 200 and wikoryl. Can I continue these medicines for 2 days to get relief soon. Please give me your advice doctor.

Please measure your temparature, and make a chart. You need some investigations as well, but if you started antibiotics you should at least take it for 3 days.

Ringworm, though a stubborn infection should not take 1 year to subside. You probably have not taken the right treatment for a sufficient length of time. Visit a dermatologist nearby or consult online with pictures.

Health Query

I had tuberculosis last year on lymph node below the jaw. The node did not reduced to normal size after the treatment. Now last week I got cold. I had medicines like enzoflam, pantocid it, cetirizine and ceftum. The size of lymph node got lessen with these a bit. Then after the medications are over the node is more swollen then before. I am scared. Please help me with this.

While we consulted our family doctor he prescribed the allegra syrup calosoft lotion fucidin h cream cetirizine syrup and azithromycin antibiotic. I request you to prescribe medicines or creams for her black marks.

Black marks will automatically go away after a few months. Do not worry. No creams to be applied at this age.

First of al stop taking okra if you are allergic to it. For treatment you can continue taking cetrizine .and if there is visible itchy mild rashes limited to specific are (left hand in your case) den you can use mild potent steroid like fluticasone mix with moisturizer for 7 to 10 days. Thanks.

Hi, I am getting hives on my body, and also, I have an itchy groin area. I have taken all the treatment, but it is not going away! I have been on allegra cetirizine tables, and now I am on atarax. But whenever I stop taking tablets, I get a crawling sensation in the groin area, and then it starts itching. Im totally confused why this is happening? Is it due to anxiety, or I have a disease?

It can be due to allergens, consult a dermatologist he will perform a test for the detection of an allergens. And you will be treated accordingly. No need to worry much.

I am 34 years. I am a diabetic patient and I am also having pcos. Am not in any long time medication. I am having my period regularly every month and it take 5- 6 days to get it over. This december I got period on 8th and it over in 13th. On 16th december I took treatment from a dermatologist and started medicine (azithral 500 mg for 3 days in a week, allercet 10 mg /od) on 16th night. On december morning around 10 am I noticed some discharge and it was in dark brownish color. Since then I am having the same problem. Every day a very mild 2 or 3 dots of little red color discharge. But during night time when my husband touch me or kiss me it increase discharging but again in the day time only mild discharge. What should I do? I am not in condition to visit gynecologist.

Discharge is normal if its not fowl smelling or irritable then you need not worry as there is no infection.

I had covid on may/ 12/ 202, doctor mentioned only favipiravir tablet for 10 days after 16th day I experienced chest pain visited cardiologist he said due to gastritis after 10 days revisited sob test ecg was done sob is normal and ecg shows high heart rate. Mentioned tablet was 1. Etizola beta 0.5 mg (etilozam 0.5 + propranolol 20 mg) 0-0-1 2. Allercet tablet for 4 days 0-0-½ 3. Becozinc g 0-1-0 crp level is 4.7 spo2 levels are 95-98 bp is 120/77 fbs is 80 he gave one steroid injection along with pan 40 injection which cost around 1050rs. Can please tell me the which injection he gave me.
