Hi,
take tab. Septillin 2-0-2 after food and rhinorin lehya 1 tsf twice daily followed by milk for 3 months continuously. Take imunocin 1 tab. Twice a day for 3 months to gain immunity in the body. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Avoid sweets and oil fried food. Perform pranayama daily in the morning for 10-15 mins. Avoid exposure to dust by tying a kerchief or a mask around the face covering the nose.

If you have fungal infection of thigh
1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5 mg) at bed time if itching is severe
3. Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area 4. Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one
6. Maintain personal hygiene

Hi , the best solution for allergies is to stay away from the thing that causes you allergy. If the smell of roti is causing cold, then you can stay away from the kitchen when rotis are being made. For other allergens, you can take tab allegra 180 once a day for as long as you are suffering. And the last resort is taking allergy testing and vaccines. But a genuine vaccinations are not available everywhere.
