High potent steroid like clobetasol is never used on face, it wil flare up acne as wel as damage your facial skin with lots of side effects. So stop it ryt now (but steroid should be withdrawn gradualy, otherwise there wil be rebound flare. Hi you should start isotretinoin 20 mg capsules 1 daily after dinner for 4-5 months. At night you can apply adapalene + benzoyl peroxide gel on affected areas. Use salicylic acid+glycolic acid based facewash twice in a day. Continue using clindamycin gel in the morning and also apply sunscreen in daytime. You can undergo chemical peeling treatment if your acnes don't get better once in every 2-3 weeks for 4-5 sittings.
