No, its not safe to take aceclofenac in kidney patients. Avoid these pain killers and for mild pain take paracetamol on sos basis.

if you are not getting relief after taking diclofenac and aceclofenac, get yourself examined by doctor and follow advice and treatment

You don’t need to take medication, if needed you can get scaling done, do warm saline rinses. These are hormonal changes during pregnancy due to which swelling of gums take place.
