How to use castor oil while under treatment of kera fm with supplements keraglow eva, beer, aldactone (2 times daily, ascazin (2 times daily. Even after using these, hair falling out recently including new grown little hair and using kera fm hair becomes dry and freeze. I have been under this treatment since 6-7 months, it was fine but now hair is falling out excessively and the little ones. And the hair is very thin.

I am 21 years old female. I have been suffering from pcos for the past 7 years. I have very irregular periods. On top of it I have severe hirsutism. The hair growth on my face is very thick and fast. I have very dark patches across my neck, armpits,groin etc. I also have thyroid. All other tests like ketostreroids, hydroxy progesterone, prolactin,diabetes, dheas etc are found normal. I have also gone for laser treatment for a year but it did not workout. Right now I am using metformin, thyronorm-100 mcg, diane-35 and spironolactone. I have heard that ovarian laparoscopy cures pcos. I just wanted to know if it is recommended for me. Will the surgery also help to reduce facial hair. please help me out. I am really fed up of using medicines. I do have excess weight on which I am working out.

Hello Doctor, I am 25 years old and have PCOD since 2015. Earlier I was taking a homeopathic treatment for this but recently I was diagnosed with vaginitis by an allopathy doctor and also I told her about my pcod and she put me on doris20, enshapeGC & spironolactone tablets. I’m a bit confused because I know doris20 is a contraceptive nd once I’ll stop it i’ll come back to the same position. But I want to know is there any permanent solution to pcod or do I have to stay with it for my whole life? Also my period flow was very less than the normal this time, is it because of vaginitis or something else & should I be worried about it?

I am 23 years old and born male, I currently take estradiol and spironolactone for gender dysphoria (I am transgender and in the process of transitioning to a woman. For 8 months have been having issues with frequent urination peeing 5 liters a day (during the night I pee 2 liters) and have lost 20 lbs without changing my diet or increasing physical activity. This has been causing issues with living a normal life. I have been tested negative for autoimmune diseases and diabetes. I've been diagnosed with CKD but I've been told my urination isn't being caused by that. Doctors have told me I'm healthy and nothing is wrong but my quality of life has greatly decreased.

I am an 18 year old female with PCOS currently taking spironolactone, Victoza and cyclic progesterone. I recently had a viral infection that caused severe vomiting so I paused my medications (the ER doctor said to). After getting better, I was planning on starting my medications back up but I now I'm having insufferable diarrhea. I've noticed that I've been getting diarrhea quite often, on or off the medications, and it's usually accompanied by severe abdominal pain on my upper right side. My latest blood test (about 2 months ago) was quite good with the only concerning stats being an increased level of prolactin. I've had this recurring diarrhea for about 5 months and I'm getting sick of it. Please help!

I am looking for a way to help my daughter. She is 25 years old and was diagnosed with pcos when she was around 13 years old. We tried laser therapy to help with the hirsutism when she was 15-16. It made the problem much worse and now she has to shave her face daily and at the end of the day you can still notice hair growth. She is so embarrassed that she hasn’t seen a Dr. for her pcos for years. She hasn’t had a period for over 2 years and won’t date because if it. She thinks every Dr. will put her on birth control and spironolactone which has not worked in the past. I have two questions. Can you recommend a specialist in the denver, co area? Single episode of laser will not help her she has to undergo multiple settings to get it done but when you combine oral contraceptive pills it will be effective while having the trial of epilation.

I started taking simvastatin lorsatan atenolol spironolactone and anovalova combined as treatment for blood pressure. My readings before this was never above 140/120 now 4 months i've stopped taking these drugs. Over the last 2 weeks my readings are 145/105 in the morning as soon as I wake up. But after some activities it's 130/97 thereabouts. By night time it's 128/88! please what does this mean? Do you think it will still go up? I've been trying hard to maintain good diet to manage my weight and somehow I think i'm losing it slightly. Should I go back to taking the drugs or if you can suggest how by natural means I can control the bp. Thanks in advance.

I am 51 years old woman. I have been treated for at least 10 yrs. I take 90 mg Duloxetine for depression and fibromyalgia. 88 synthriod. 100 mg metoprolol 2 x a day for my heart. 100 mg spironolactone for heart and scalp acne. I take b12 and hit Dd. I also take antacid pill daily. I started to feel terrible. I have insomnia even thought I take 5 mg zolpidem. My head feels like it's in a vice. My belly is so upset and and hurts. Lots of acid. My eyes are fuzzy. I started seeing a therapist and 4 hours of meditation a week. Why has to happened to me and how do I feel better than all the ways I know. I'm really sick.

I am 25 years old female. I have had acne since a long time almost 11-12 years I have used everything from homeopathy to ayurved to allopathy ,unani. I used accutane as well I cured my acne but after the treatment was over my acne came back. I git my blood tested and my testosterone levels were very high and then I was diagnosed with pcod. My Dr. gave me hormones and finast ,spironolactone, metformin etc I was good while on the medicine I got my ultrasound done after an year and there were no cysts at all I was advised to stop the treatment and so I did but after an year or so I was back to acne but only before or after the days I menstruated. Now at present I am not taking any medicines if I get a pimple here and there I use either benzoyl or retino it helps. But its been a month and I am getting big painful pimples on my jaw area and even between my brows and cheeks they are stubborn I even took doxycycline 100 but no use. P.S. I am a dentist so I do know about medicines that I took. But can you please suggest me as to what should I do I am already fed up of my face.
