There are two aspects of treating asthma. One is relieving an attack. Second is preventing further attack. Asthalin is only to relieve an attack. It does not prevent asthma from worsening. Hence if you are requiring asthma three times daily you may need inhalers with extracontroller. Yet using asthalin Does not cause major side effects.
Yes. Using it this frequently can cause it to be less effective.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed along with asthalin and Get your vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and follow up with findings

2 In our country recurrent cold occur in anaemic pt Increase protein diet Protein mean complete protein.
Asthalin Syrup has more side effect in long term i.e more than 15 days relative to your complain.
Athalin Respule i.e by nebulizer is better option even in long term.
Asthalin Syrup can be given to non Asthamtic pt too.
Asthalin Syrup prescription doesn't mean that she has Asthma.

you are over weight, with bmi 27.81kg/m2, this is one of the reasons for improper control of blood sugar. But still 183 mg/100 ml, is not that bad. If you are really serious on reducing weight then exercising is a must. How to take out time is your decision. One way is to have a tread mill machine at home and exercise.
