It must have been advised along with a painkiller. Painkillers have side-effects of acidity so both drugs should be taken together.
And knee pain at such a young age must be investigated further, may come out to be a sports injury.

do you have any underlying medical problems like hypothyroidism, diabetes?
How active you are?
What is your diet?
Advice
avoid dehydration
incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Can take tab pantoprazole 40 mg once daily empty stomach instead of albera dsr.
For constipation syrup cremaffin 10 ml at night for 2-3 days. (if you have diabetes then take syrup cremaffin sugar free)

Pantop dsr contains pantoprazole and domperidone
piltop dsr contains rabeprazole and domperidone
both belong to the same class of drugs called ppi.
Rabeprazole is found to be more effective.
It is fine to take piltopdsr if you cannot find pantop dsr.

1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
