Afl low in second trimester is not good there may be done anomaly in foetus urinary tract or
chromosomal alamein improve in afi if it is due to you eat lie protein diet or some infection take high protein diet and arginine sachets as per your doctor.

Hello sir, I had jock itch near on my inner thighs 5 years back, earlier I didn't paid much attention, but slowly it spreaded to my penis, scrotum, all that area became hyper-pigmented. A few days back, I noticed that my flesh is also getting softer in the affected area. Also it feels like dead flesh in inner thighs, and on my penis. Painful Sexual Intercourse I have reddish itchy patches in the glans of my penis and the foreskin becomes irritated probably due to balanitis. Sometimes a ring is formed in the apical portion of the foreskin with ruptures in this skin area. This makes foreskin unable to be folded back easily and also causes pain during intercourse. I have been applying SURFAZ SN cream for last 1 year. Sometimes the problem cures for few days but again recur if the cream is not used. I maintain hygiene as much as possible. Do I stop applying soap to clean the foreskin area? Or is it cleaned only with water? PLEASE help me to cure this irritating health hazard.

I am suffering from balanitis since many years. However applying surfaz sn tube recommended by doctor it stops from few months than again appears. Foreskin gets tight, red and itchy even penis head gland also has redness and red spots. I haven't tried any other medication yet. Since january vitiligo also started with white spots on palms and after few months of allopathy treatment I have now started homeopathy and seems better. But this balanitis problem still bothers me at frequent intervals. I also know applying steroid cream is not good for long time. require long term or permanent solution to this.

Health Query

There is slight irritation at tip of my penis, and slight irritation and burning type while urination. Had applied surfaz sn on penis head for few days, and it might have got applied to penis head tip. The urethral opening I mean and the meatus above it looks red inside. Not severe but irritating. If required can share images. Urine stream splits mildly. Please advice if it will go off on its own, or I need to apply some ointment. Just a bit redness if I see inside the meatus over the urethral opening, and slight burning type. From outside penis looks ok when I remove foreskin, not sure because of irritation. Am not married, and self masturbate.

take sy neeri by aimil pharma 20 ml in 200 ml water three times a day for 7 days and.
Cap zitran 200 mg 1 per day tab ceroxim 250 1 twice a day all for 5 days.
