Hello, Thanks for the query.
Madam the tablet mentioned is a combination of some vitamins and probably thyroid extract (?). It is an absolutely irrational combination. No need to take it. It has no action in relation to having conception. Thanks.

Avoid taking medicines, unless there is dire need and prescribed by doctors. Currently you are about 5 kgs overweight. When you reduce the weight, your tummy will automatically reduce. Also you need to spend 50% of workout time on intense aerobics/running + 25% time on abs and back + 25% time on strength and weights. Aim to reduce a kg per month and in five months time you can get the shape you desire.

Dear user. I can understand. You are health anxious, it seems. Hypochondriasis is an obsession with the idea of having a serious but undiagnosed medical condition. Health anxiety is not a serious mental disorder but without proper treatment the person affected could be depressed and continuously engaged in negative thoughts. I suggest online counseling, cognitive behavior therapy and relaxation therapy. Take care.

Mr. Lybrate-user, these are only vitamins (benfotiamine, chromium is and b12,) lipoleic acid is an anti oxidant, chromium picolinate is a micronutrient, helps insulin action in every one plus essential for various other functions. These drugs are given as additional or supportive therapy and to treat nevous system related symptoms. These are not exclusively for diabetes. If you feel there are side effects because of that, stop the dose. Effects will go away.

The medication you took does not cause any such side effects. But if you still feel uneasy and not comfortable taking these medicines, you may stop taking them.
Most of then are vitamin b group vitamins and do to remain in body for more than 3-4 days.

You have to start iron and calcium tablets so better visit a gynaecologist who would check your bp, weight and baby's growth and would advise you accordingly.
