your air passage is not clear, properly upto the lungs which causes labored breathing. At d same time you suffer from adenoid problem making your trouble intencified.
* you should go for meditation to reduce your stress and clear air passage, as well to improve the tidal value of lungs to retain oxygen.

Yes you can do that. Foracart is supposed to enter your lung by inhalation but some amount is usually taken in the food pipe that can cause bitter feeling. Taking water should not effect the efficacy of drug.

Dear you need to seriously consult a chest physician. Asthma need to b controlled properly so as to avoid future long term problems. Proper lung function test and inhalers according to its results are needed. Get back if you feel like.

Aerocort inhaler is not meant to be taken on SOS bases. Inhalers which need to be used during emergency are different. YOU SHOULD GET YOUR PFT/SPIROMETRY TEST done and it will be decided on that bases wheather you need aerocort or some other inahelers on regular bases.
