Hello lybrate-user ji,
obsessive compulsive disorder takes some time to go. Along with the medicines you have to take cognitive behavioural therapy. Have some patience with the treatment, it is of long duration but it gets cured with time.
Thanks and regards.

I don? t know when you went for your last review. If you have not gone for a review, please do so immediately. Alcohol is certainly not recommended with this medicine. About continuing with this medication you must talk to your doctor but if you wish to discontinue always do so only under medical advice. It is also very important to attend some counseling sessions too. It is the combination of the two that will give you the best results. If you have done these two in combination for a reasonable...more

Counselling is another such intervention which has helped many individuals suffering from anxiety ...more

Please consult a counsellor. Medicines along with counselling will help you a lot. A counsellor can help you to reduce your anxiety. You need systematic training for this. The counsellor will help you to modify your perceptions about different situations, causing anxiety so that you can get rid of this.
