It all depends on type of arthritis. I am assuming you have osteoarthritis, that is wear and tear arthritis. In that case probably exercise, physiotherapy is best way to control things. Rest everything including allopathy, ayurvedic, homeoapathy etc all are gimmicks rather than any thing conclusive. Yes all will ahve some sort of pain relief benefits, but nothing will prevent progression. Exercise might keep you fit and prevent debilitation in the long run.

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day.
