* eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal

Dear Lybrate user avoid facewashes and creams, use gram fluor and turmeric, eat more vegetables and whole fruits and drink plenty of water, exercise daily ,apply pure coconut oil daily before sleep, since acne has deep internal causes it needs a constitutional treatment for cure ,any external application can not cure may only palliate or suppress the malady.

For acne control you can take some tablets like isotretinoin. Consult a dermatologist near you for better results.
