Hello
pimple are some times common with the age due to hormonal imbalances. But I am giving you some tips, follow it.
* eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal
* eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal
* avoid sour salty spice food
* avoid curd, but take butter milk
* use only cow milk & ghee
* avoid stress, late sleep, day sleep, oily food, cold water
* for local application you can use triphala, yastimadhu, lodhra, nimb powder mix with buttermilk

Dear Lybrate user avoid facewashes and creams, use gram fluor and turmeric, eat more vegetables and whole fruits and drink plenty of water, exercise daily ,apply pure coconut oil daily before sleep, since acne has deep internal causes it needs a constitutional treatment for cure ,any external application can not cure may only palliate or suppress the malady.

Most probably a benign condition. Start treatment and see for changes. If any deviation trucut biopsy/ excision biopsy can be done.

u can give him otrivin/ciplox ear drops but its preferable first to get his ear examined thoroughly with an otoscope by ENT physician first ,to rule out any perforation and deep infection of the inner ear canal...as that would require correction of the perforation surgically first...
