Hi, Deciding how long you need to continue acitrom depends upon person's risk of having another blood clot compared to risk of bleeding. Recommend treatment duration is from minimum 3 months to max lifelong. U need to discuss this with your doctor and accordingly that you need to continue or discontinue acitrom. Thank you.

Dvt nit related to the abortion, but pregnancy is a risk for thrombosis in patients with risk. U need to rule out risk factors.

In my opinion you should be fine to take the vaccine but since I do not know your medical history, your hematologist would be the best person to advice you not to take the vaccine if there is any other specific reason.
