Hello...Psoriatic arthritis , that too at young age, may lead to severe joint damage apart from the intermittent pain. Rather than taking pain killers you should get treated for this condition with proper disease modifying anti rheumatic treatment.

No need to take both the medicines. If you are getting relief by aceclofenac 100 mg and it suits you, please go ahead with it after discussing the same with your treating doctor.

No, its not safe to take aceclofenac in kidney patients. Avoid these pain killers and for mild pain take paracetamol on sos basis.

You don’t need to take medication, if needed you can get scaling done, do warm saline rinses. These are hormonal changes during pregnancy due to which swelling of gums take place.
