My mom is suffering from knee pain due to wear and tear and she is currently using aceclofenac and paracetamol tablet with dosage of 1 in the morning. Can this be used in long run? Will it have any side effects. She has diabetes and bp. What are the other options available to cure knee issue apart from operation?

It is mostly because of the side effects of the pills.
And taking more pills to remove it may bring periods this time but the problems will be double next.
Better let it wear off
let the body deal with it.
Avoid taking allopathic medicine next time.
Better prefer homoeopathic treatment.
It has no such side effects.

Hi doctor I had my pilonidal cyst removed with a wide excision surgery on june 16th. Removed stitches on 28th. I still cannot sit down properly, experience some pain at the site and body weakness. I take paracetamol daily to reduce the pain. I tried aceclofenac last week, but after that there was a reddish yellow watery discharge. It gradually subsided. This discharge was there the first week after the surgery (at that time I was taking antibiotics with painkillers including aceclofenac as prescribed by my doctor), but it was colourless. I feel lethargic a lot, cannot move about much. What should I do? Is this normal?

Post operative you happen to get such complains. Anyways it should have healed by now. U should maintain local hygiene and try to eat more. Eat more of soft diet.
