No need to take both the medicines. If you are getting relief by aceclofenac 100 mg and it suits you, please go ahead with it after discussing the same with your treating doctor.

No, its not safe to take aceclofenac in kidney patients. Avoid these pain killers and for mild pain take paracetamol on sos basis.

Almox 500 capsule is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Aceclo plus tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

To relieve the pain and prevent further complications, the tooth may be extracted (surgically removed) or saved by root canal treatment. If doctor has advised rct, you should go for it to save the tooth, otherwise you will loose the tooth. And if you don't want to save the tooth (which is not preferable) you can get it extracted. We can discuss it further over a call or video meeting to proceed for most appropriate treatment.

Jaw pain might be caused by a tooth which is decayed and got infected from inside. Definite treatment for this will always be a root canal treatment or its removal if can't be restored by root canal treatment and crown. Just medicines will not cure it. Medicines may give you relief for sometime or some days. So consult your nearest best dentist for treatment of the tooth in question.
