As per your symptoms it might be viral origin I guess you will be alright another 2-3 days. Pls take plenty amount of water and minister your temperature properly. If it is not subsiding after 5-7 days pls do blood investigation like CBP and ESR platelets and typhoid. If you want medicinal help pls message me I will help you for that.
