How old is the patient? Why were these tests done? It is unnecessary for infertility evaluation. These tests are required after a woman has repeated back to back miscarriages, or a foetus death at mid pregnancy.
Even in such cases, it might not give the necessary information, and can not be rectified. If she does not have any said issues, ignore the tests, and change the doctor.

Hi, I think when your wife become pregnant, she has to go for a blood test called ICT at 7th month. If it's negative, she has to take anti D injection. At 7 month and post delivery also within 72 hours. Also get a level 2 scan done at 18 to 22 weeks. Hope I have answered your question. If you have any other query I will be happy to help.

There will not be any issue in first pregnancy. Immediately after delivery you have to check the baby's blood type and if it is positive then your wife should get Anti D injection so that in next pregnancy if the baby is again positive it will not affected.
