I am 52 years old .Once while travelling train I had vomiting for 3 to 4 times but next day onwards I had loose motion for two days .I reported to Do ,he gave me some inj .every thing stopped .But after that I felt that my all exit part in the body are having problems .My ear, nose,ass hole &penis are having problem. Specially my penis's skin is shrinking and it is getting tight ,due to this I am unable to take skin back & felling pain also. Daily some things coming out in my penis .I feel my ears are also having some what like this problem. And this problem is there approx 20 days .Doctor pl advice what is the main cause of it.

Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. Hello. Did you have some food/ eatables from outside? If yes, it could be Food-Poisoning, so take Arsenic Album 30 and Nux Vomica 30 - both after every 2 hours for 2 days. Get back to me with the condition.

If getting quality sleep is something that you may not be experiencing regularly, you need to take steps to correct it. Sleep improves your health and revitalizes your body allowing your body to be refreshed and energetic.

In today's world, getting quality sleep has become a luxury due to various factors like excessive work and the internet. There are certain tips, which you may follow to improve the quality of your sleep. Some of them are:

  1. Limit caffeine intake: Drinking too much coffee stimulates the body making you energized and thus hampering your ability to fall asleep. Aim to avoid coffee at least 5-6 hours before you go to sleep.
  2. Follow a sleep schedule: You should make it a habit to go to bed and wake up at the same time on a regular basis. This will allow you to fall asleep easily as the body's internal sleep cycle is reinforced, thus facilitating better sleep.
  3. Try to create a comfortable environment: Comfort is an important factor when it comes to sleep. A proper environment with comfortable clothing allows you to relax and experience better sleep. Make sure the room is dark, cool and quiet to help you fall asleep faster.
  4. Pre-sleep routine: You may follow a ritual before you go to sleep on a regular basis as this may help in preparing the body for sleep. Taking a bath or engaging in mediation for a few minutes are wonderful practices to follow before you sleep.
  5. Exercise on a regular basis: You should exercise on a regular basis as this will allow you to sleep better. Exercises also releases endorphins that improves your overall wellbeing.
  6. Reduce stress: Aim to reduce stress as this will allow you to sleep better. Stress may cause anxiety and insomnia which may impair your sleep.

Its safe for your baby to relocate. No issues untill and unless he /she is suffering from any existing health issues like chest infection or else if you are going to higher altitudes. Prevent him /her from excess cold ,dress well. It will be difficult for the baby to adjust initially and chances of getting cold, cough and others are more. But later baby will adapt to the same. If any existing issues consult a pediatrician before.

Sir or mam, I am female 22 years old I have urgent urination ,when urine is stored in bladder it cause pain in lower pelvic region ,burning sensation ,pain in backside .i done ultrasound scan it detect that I have thick bladder wall, and I done urine culture its normal. My question is, when there is blood in urine culture how to detect its period blood or other becoz I have period when I test urine culture my report is normal. Why it cause pain when urine in bladder. I masturbate by rubbing clitoris did it related. Pls ans my question pls.

Get your Ultrasound done to ascertain for any PCOs, may be you have cysts which puts pressure on your bladder and also get your blood sugar levels tested, also get an ultrasound to rule out for any stones in kidney ,ureter or bladder, You should not avoid taking water as sometimes less water intake also irritates the bladder and causes all these symptoms. Maintain good personal hygiene and take fibre rich diet. Get back to us for further advice on this if needed.

Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try Homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take Acid phos. 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 2.wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 3.Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR Chappels which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Back pain. HIIT training does not burn muscles. Any intense training will help you tone and strengthen muscles. Mostly HIIT training is related to legs and cardio based hence it will tone your muscles and burn fat.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast, no drink before meals. Hello, Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Ask her to: Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. Medication: Givee her Bakson's Mig Aid tablet/ 1 tablet 3 times a day.

You must learn to deal with your dad's death with a counselor. This depression is making you do all kinds of rejecting things and then you will drive people away, repulsed by you. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your mother. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.
