You should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavour inrceases satiety and enhances appetite.

Hi, to avoid sunstroke keep yourself hydrated through out the day by drinking plenty of water (3-4ltrs /day minimum, drink homemade juices. Drink coconut water take nat mur 200 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days or 1mth. This is a prophylactic for sunstroke alfa drink (wheezal) take req amt in 1glass of water and mix. This is a type of refreshing drink.

Hi my friend consumed 30herfem tabs containing 100 mg elemental iron per day for 3 days. He had nausea and vomiting. But later he is fine. A week after that he was diagnosed with LFT (Liver Function Test) and serum creatinine everything is normal. This was happened 2 weeks ago. But now he's feeling weak slightly nausea and no hungry. So isn't he safe now. Is he still affected by iron overdose?

May not be as long as he stopped consuming iron. Iron toxicity is more of acute in nature and he must have just scrapped through. He must have been some 50 kg or more. Please check serum iron.

Everyday when I wake up in morning I feel very tired also feel seek. After some hours it will be normal please suggest what can I do?

Dear, if you feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

These are not the symptoms of hepatitis. Hepatitis is of many types. Hepatitis A is usually not serious. Hepatitis B and C may be serious. Hepatitis may also be caused by alcohol and many medicines. So for right treatment exact reason has to be diagnosed.

You should give her a tablet for stomach worms and you should also take an antibiotic course if she has frequent stomach infections. lybrate-user, With a BMI of 25.39 kgs/M2, you are overweight. Ideal weight for you should be 60 kgs. Hypothyroidism if not in control, it does increase weight. It is important to keep TSH levels between 3 to 4 mU/L for keeping all symptoms under check. Even efforts to reduce weight will be fruitful only with lower TSH value. As regards diet, you have to plan a balanced diet with low aft and low carbohydrate, giving exact calories based on ideal body weight and extent of daily exercise. Plus exercise for at least 1 hour a day. It is beeter if you join a gym and do workouts under a professional guidance. Thanks.
