Hello, first, recourse to reduce your weight is your will power to get rid of obesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style, - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life. *go for a brisk walk in d morning to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. *tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell. Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells. * go for cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing, regularly. * opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office. * tk, oats with green tea in d breakfast. * tk, salad, fruits, sprouts in ample qty in lunch. * consume salad, fruits whenever you feel hungry. * avoid, nicotine, alcohol, junk food, cookies, burger, pizza, butter, ghee, cookies, sitting on computer late in d night. # homoeo medicines which r administered gently, acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof. @ phyto berryq -10 drops, thrice, with little water before each tk, care.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Use Schwabe's Skin Care bathing bar and for face Bakson's Facewash. If the dull skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.

For prevention of hair loss follow these instructions: •Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. Lastly, The last step is crucial as it seals in the nourishment. Try making this mask at home. In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. For relief from dandruff: Apply curd on the scalp for atleast 15 min twice in a week and sit in sunlight.

Hello, This description fits a medical condition called Acanthosis Nigricans. This is an associated symptom with Obesity, insulin resistant diabetes, hypothyroidism, endocrinopathies, cushings, acromegaly etc. Your weight may be one of the causes. It is treatable but need more details. Regards

Hello, lybrate-user to get rid of blackheads just use good quality scrub once in a week. And wash your face with water atleast two to three times a day so that oil secreation will be reduced so black head formation rate will become low.

Please take rhus tox 12 - every 6 hourly. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. Beer is also being used in some cases continue treatment.

You should use aloe vera gel for dark spots n black spots. For oily skin make a paste of besan, pinch of turmeric n rose water. Apply alternate day n wash after 20min. For prevention of acne ayurvedic medicine has good results n it is available. Avoid fried n spicy eatables.

Monitor your eating habits, wash your hair atleast twice a week, use amla and shikakai powder for hairwash.

He is very good in physic 2 years ago. Since he is promoted in office he is coming late to home because of office meetings & everyday he is getting fatty now his waist touches 36. Which is 32 2 years ago. He is very choose in eating he eats very less & also not using lift but uses stairs almost. Dring lemon a lot. Nothing is working any what to do now.

If you want to help him, you can. Please see that only lemon will not do. On the other hand congratulations that he is having desire to keep wt under control. That's why he is using stairs and eats less. His metabolism needs to be corrected. Take following steps: 1. Cleanse gut - taruni kusumakar kusumakar churna 1/2 tsp at night with warm water. It's a mild purgative. Will settle in 1-2 days. So start on the eve of holiday. 2. Deepan and pachan- may give agnitundi vati 1 bid, chitrakadi 2 bid, tab liv 52 ds 1 bid. 3. Medohar guggul- 2 bid 4. Kumaryasava- helps in digestion n metabolism. 15 ml + equal water after meals twice a day. All medicines with warm water. Lots of water (little hot) to be sipped whenever he gets time. Ask him to do so deep breathing esp kapal bhati. Start from 3 minutes in the morning if possible or 1/2 - 1 hr before dinner. Raise to 10 minutes in a week or so. If can have walks for 30- 45 minutes, its good. Otherwise walk within house/ flat itself as much he can do for 4 weeks and report. It will continue but you have to ask and report every 4 weeks for any change in directions. Say him to avoid tea coffee in office or take green tea or hot water sips. Nobody minds. I know. Avoid sugar in tea. Avoid sweets, heavy oily food. Serve him only green salad at night every alternative day. If feels hungry, roasted gram seeds may be given. Keep these with him in office bag. Amused? it will work. Itch of eating should be satisfied this way. My experience has been wonderful like this. Best wishes.

Hi lybrate user firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.
