Hello if you want to be energetic after office you should follow certain parameters from morning 1. Wake up by 6.30 2. Drink 3 glasses of water 3. Walk or jog for 45 min 4. Do not skip breakfast. 5. Have a healthy breakfast with a fruit (papaya, watermelon) 6. Mid day-11 o clk -sprouts, green tea/nuts/biscuits 7. Lunch -chapati or rice with thick dhal vegetables, salad and curd 8.4 pm-tea with biscuit/rusk 9.6. 30 pm- cut vegetables /buttermilk/ fruits/soup 10. By 8.15 dinner 11.10. 30pm -go to bed drink plenty of water and in office do not sit in a place for long, keep moving whenever possible, use stairs all the best. Get started from tom.

Variations in the upper limit of normal total serum IgE have been reported: they can range from 150 to 1,000 UI/ml; but the usually accepted upper limit is between 150 and 300 IU/ml. You know the causes for raised IgE and ALLERGEN exposure is the case where you can try for natural methods to reduce it. Try these step by step first try to find out the reason for the raised levels by taking doctor appointment. He will come to a conclusion looking at your symptoms and some tests. Now observe your body, your surroundings and the causes or triggers of your symptoms for some days. Trial and error method - now you have to eliminate some things like not taking a type of food or avoiding exposure to dust and like that, and see if your symptoms are gone. Always remember that there may be several allergens for you. GOOD LUCK.

Hello lybrate-user, your ideal body weight is 70-72 kgs. Thus you need to gain 10-12 kgs. Ideally 4 -5 kgs gain is possible in a month so it will take you atleast 2-3 months to reach your target. Weight gain is the result of well balanced diet, physical activity for 30-40 mins 3-4 days/week preferably weight training and rest of 8-10 hours. All foods included in your diet should be power packed i. E giving you many nutrients and calories, also it should be high on proteins so as to help you in gaining muscle mass for better health and immunity. Examples-banana/mango/chickoo milkshakes with honey and nuts, paneer stuffed sandwiches/parathas, chikkis of peanuts/chana to be stocked with you as this can be conveniently had anywhere, dryfruits and mixed nuts.

It's not because of ankylosing spondylitis you must avoid cold drinks fur general well being of health it's better to avoid those cold water and aerated drinks.

Hello lybrate-user, what is the problem with digestion needs to be diagonised by a good gastroenterologist. Regarding weight you seem to be burning calories very quickly and so your weight is only 47. Eat calorie dense food high in protein and moderate fat. Choose milkshakes with nuts and dryfruits, paneer sandwitches/ parathas, chikkis may help. Taking sound sleep of 8-10 hours for good growth. Do weight training atleast3 days a week.

Eat more often eggs are a great source of protein, with 100 g containing as much as 13 g of protein and milk is a great source of protein and carbohydrates, along with many other nutrients making it great for weight gain. A 100 ml serving contains around 3.4g of protein and if you drink 2 glasses every day, you would have consumed 14g of protein.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. Hello, Please loose your wiight first for future. Other wise you will face many problems. Try to follw some measures to loose your weight- 1.First thing in the morning drink 1 cup of warm water with lemon Drink lots of water throughout the day and with all meals 2.Drink lots of green Tea (in morning: has natural caffeine) and eliminate all juice (except natural pomegranate juice), diet and regular soft drinks. Drink only 1 cup of coffee a day) 3.Never ever eat sugar, this also means nothing white (no white Pasta, bread or potatoes (nothing processed, also known as “eating clean”) 4.Eat whole foods (includes whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread. Read labels, companies put white flour in and call it whole wheat) 5.Eat all the vegetables you want (limit carrot sticks) 6.Eat 5 small meals a day (This includes snacks) 7.Do not eat anything after 7 PM 8.Eat mostly lean protein & limit bad carbohydrates (absolutely no chips, popcorn, cookies, cake etc. No junk food)

Please show your gynecologist and get examined physically to find out what kind of rashes it is. It could be viral or bacterial or allergic. Unless one see the rash it is difficult to prescribe. If you get examined and take proper medication it will go off. Meanwhile you can use some vaginal wash.

Hello don't worry about it. Add more protein in your diet like eggs, pulses, milk and milk products, do some basic workout every day. You can try whey protein powder after workout. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Choose nutrient-rich foods. Concentrate on smoothies and shakes. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Good fats are necessary for muscle growth and production of hormones like testosterone. This is essential for the growth and strength of muscles. In some cases, just the diet and exercise may not bring results as quickly as you expect. Another way to go about this is by including some additional supplements in your diet. Have six meals a day – three big meals and three small. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner should be heavy and calorie-rich. A heavy dinner adds weight to your body as your metabolism is not as active when you sleep as compared to when you are awake. Also concentrate on high protein diet.

To remain healthy and fit, you should follow 3 steps in your life 1. Balanced diet 2. Early morning brisk morning walk for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after dinner 3. Drink 6-8 glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced diet= 60% carbohydrates + 20% fats + 20% proteins 1. Carbohydrates: our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: banana, milk, sweets, sugarcane juice. (b) slow carbohydrates energy sources: beans, bread, cereals, potato, pulses, rice. 2. Proteins: essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) major protein sources: egg white (white portion), milk, soybeans/soymilk, fish, cheese, tofu. (b) other protein sources: beans with wheat, nuts, curd, yogurt (dahi). 3. Fats: required and healthy when taken in small amounts. Excess fat leads to weight gain, increase in bad cholesterol (ldl) and heartproblems (a) major fats sources: egg yolk (yellow portion), avocados, whole milk, butter, cheese, nuts. (b) other fats sources: corn, vegetable/olive oil, biscuits, flaxseeds (san beej). 4. Vitamins and minerals: critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: it helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: a measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2, 000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 7. Guideline: each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk. 4. Bramari pranayam or bee breath 1. Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. 2. Place your thumbs in your ears, your index fingers above your eyebrows, and your remaining along the sides of your nose. Keep each pinky finger near a nostril. 3. Breath in deeply through the nose. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. 4. Use your pinkies to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. 5. Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6. Repeat twenty times. Starting from 5 times in nut-shell, think good, eat good, sleep good andby adopting these 3 point in your life you will remain fit as ever.-------------------
