Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Hello, Lybrate user, U are obeased, obeasity ,being common ,now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking ,meal, judiciously. * Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * Tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. A) take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice and honey along with 30 ml of lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. B) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 5 gm of jiggery after meals c) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep d) do regularly sinhasan and pavanmuktasan regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes thanks.

Itching on hair suggests you have dandruff. Use a medicated anti dandruff shampoo atleast twice a week. Darkness on forehead is due to tanning. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen atleast 30 minutes before going out in the sun. Dark circles are due to many reasons like decrease in hemoglobin, stress, imbalanced diet and lack of sleep etc...

Use of coconut oil is certainly good for fat loss in many people. But making such single change in your diet is not the effective way to tackling weight issue. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibers, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future. You do not have to do rigorous exercise to lose weight but start with something small. Let us say 8 minute workout. Pick one which you like and can do. Trying to lose weight in very short time will need some form of crash diet. Even if you lose weight doing this kind of crash diet, you will get it all back within no time and all the gain will be mainly fat. Not good for your health. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Demonstrate commitment in your persistent efforts. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do it on your own, find some lifestyle medicine expert who can help you in this over extended period of time.

For oily skin - Sunprotek by Salve Pharma is good. Scrubber, Cleaner and moisturiser - You can use St. Ives Scrub, Cleaner could be tea tree face wash by body shop. Moisturiser - Neutrogena oil free moisturiser.

I wake up every day at 4 am and I feel intensely to pee or I got gas in stomach. Due to this my sleep got disturb and I am not able to sleep until 8 am please suggest me what should I do? You have to avoid drinking 2 hours before sleep time and try to get up in between and pee . Sleep on your left side for snoring .For dark circles Grate one or two raw potatoes to extract the juice. Soak a cotton ball in the juice and place it over your closed eyes. Make sure the juice covers the dark circles under your eyes as well as the eyelids. ... Instead of potato juice, you can also use thick potato slices to remove dark circles.

Hello, walk is necessary but it is not enough to loose weight. you should try the following tips also:- Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. drink plenty of water daily. Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

Hi lybrate-user, I would recommend you to use rose petals for that, soak some rose petals in milk for 15 min after that take out the petals and add some drops of honey and glycerine to in it. Make it a paste apply on your lips. Leave it at least for 20 min. OR and you could also use pomegranates seeds and milk for that. Put some musters oil to the umbilicus, do it on daily bases. Drink plenty of water. Also watch your are taking a healthy diet. Take proper sleep of 6 to 8 hours. And do some facial exercise daily. If you wants to know more contact me again.

Hello if you have busy schedule n sedentary lifestyle. Then skip all carbohydrates, sweet,sugar and salt from your diet. Focus on diet. Start fibre, proteins more. Fruits all kind are good. Early morning drink 2 glass of warm water.in exercise, you should start plank n crunches only.
