You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market Use some sunblock with SPF (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out Wear full sleeves shirt.Use umbrella when going in sun. U need proper constitutional med to get permanent relief. Ask for consultation so that I can help you better.

Hello, Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress Insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested as headache over the eyebrows is related to your weak eyesight or weak eye muscles. Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet.

Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time. We are here to guide you. Soak your heels in salt water for at least 10 mins. Scrub the hard tissue to remove. Apply cutfar ointment or jatyadi oil, 2 to 3 times a day. Take mahatikta ghrita of south indian pharma, 15 ml (melted) with a half of glass of hot water 1 hour after the meals, 2 times a day. Avoid eating at least for an hour after having mahatikta ghruta. Avoid excess tea and other caffeine items, maida items, bakery products. Take 3 to 4 liters of warm water a day. Good luck.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Add one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar to a glass of water. Mix in one tablespoon of honey. Drink this daily to prevent as well as treat migraines. If you are not used to taking apple cider vinegar, start by taking one teaspoon and gradually increase the amount. During migraine attacks or when you feel them coming on, you can take two or three tablespoons. Also take belladonna 30 - one dose when required for headache.

Hi lybrate-user, Do 20 deep breaths 5 times/day.(specially in your stress hours. While doing deep breaths, sit straight or lie down on your back. Add Soaked pumpkin seeds (15gm /3 spoon) and 6 walnuts as early morning snacks (prior Breakfast. Prior or around 7: 00 AM ). Follow these 2 changes .and then we will go further.)
