आंवला - गोखरू व गिलोय चूर्ण को समान मात्रा में मिलाएं - इसे 1 - 3 ग्राम सुबह - शाम पानी के साथ लेने से रोगियों का तनाव दूर होता है !
* कचनार गुग्गुलु की 3 - 3 गोलियां दिन में दो बार - दशमूलारिष्ट या दशमूल क्वाथ 20 - 20 मिली पानी से लें !
* सुबह खाली पेट गो - मूत्र या इसके अर्क का सेवन करना लाभकारी है !
सुबह मलत्याग के बाद गो - मूत्र को बारीक कपड़े से छानकर प्रयोग करें - इसेे लेने के बाद एक घंटे तक कुछ न खाएं - महिलाएं मासिक धर्म के दौरान भी इसे ले सकती हैं !
* गर्मियों में गो - मूत्र कम मात्रा में लें क्योंकि इसकी तासीर गर्म होती है - इसके प्रयोग के दौरान चाय - कॉफी - मांस - अंडा - दही - गरिष्ठ भोजन व मादक पदार्थों से बचें !
* दशमूल - दानामेथी - कलौंजी - अजवाइन - भुना जीरा - मीठी सौंफ - चपटी सौंफ व करी पत्ता सभी को 50 - 50 ग्राम की मात्रा में लेकर दरदरा कूट - रात को 2 गिलास सामान्य पानी में 2 चम्मच इस मिश्रण को भिगो दें - सुबह धीमी आंच पर इस पानी को बिना ढके पकाएं - यह पानी चौथाई शेष रहने पर इसे छान लें व हल्का गुनगुना पिएं - यह रोगी की सूजन व मोटापे को कम करने में फायदेमंद है
गर्मियों में प्रयोग न करें क्योंकि इसकी तासीर गर्म होती है - ताजा काढ़ा बनाएं व सुबह ही इसे पिएं !
गर्भवती व पित्त प्रकृति वाले प्रयोग न करें !
☼ माहवारी कम आना :-
अत्यधिक दर्द और अनियमितता जैसी समस्या होने पर रात को सोने से पहले एक गिलास उबले हुए दूध में चुटकी भर हल्दी डालकर पिएं !
♀ हाइपोथायरॉइडिज्म में रात को सोते समय 1 - 3 ग्राम की मात्रा में त्रिफला चूर्ण / त्रिफला के दो कैप्सूल / 30 मिलिलीटर एलोवेरा और त्रिफला जूस रोजाना लें !
* पंचकोल चूर्ण व त्रिफला चूर्ण ( दोनों 100 ग्राम मात्रा में ) मिलाकर रखें !
सुबह - शाम भोजन के बाद चौथाई चम्मच लेने से बढ़ा हुआ कोलेस्ट्रॉल व वसा नियंत्रित होते हैं !
♀ शरीर में सूजन होने पर पुनर्नवा मंडूर की 2 - 2 गोलियां सुबह व शाम ले सकते हैं !
♀ चरक संहिता में बताए गए वर्धमान पिप्पली का सेवन सौंठ के काढ़े के साथ करने से लाभ होता है !

Garcinia cambogia may interact badly with: asthma and allergy medicines such as accolate and singulair diabetes medicines, including pills and insulin iron, for anemia pain medicines prescriptions for psychiatric conditions statins, drugs that lower cholesterol warfarin, a blood thinner when you take garcinia cambogia, you might get: dizziness dry mouth headache upset stomach or diarrhea.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Potatoes are crammed with carbohydrates. All forms of this stuffy food have major impact on weight gain. You can grill or bake potatoes with butter. People who eat potato chips and French fries tend to gain weight faster. Make French fries using extra virgin oil, if you like them.  Moreover, you can also make a delicious potato salad. Peel and slice potato. Boil them and mix them with the high calorie ingredients like buttermilk, mayonnaise, and veggies.

I wanna loose at least 15-20 kg in next 2 months. Suffering from back pain. I can not be only on salads or fruit diet. I am having a BP problem. Please do morning walk (brisk-walking)/ treadmill/swimming for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Do never skip meals. Take a heavy breakfast. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. The best way to burn more calories is to build muscle through resistance training. For each pound of muscle that you gain, you burn approximately 50-70 calories in addition per day (5 pounds of muscle gain equates to burning 250-350 calories a day!) That’s fantastic motivation to start a workout program. Please follow the above for next 4 weeks and revert for further treatment.

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight. If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day you should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. Along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.

To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then consult personally for further assessment and customized approach. With customized approaches people over 100-150 kg are also losing weight for long term. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Go for brisk walks or jogging for 45 minutes every day.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIWRINKLE CREAM ( BAKSON) Apply in circular fashion twice a day 1. Avoid the sun and/or use a good sunscreen. Sun damage is well-known to wreak havoc upon the best of skin. All sun worshippers that do not take heed pay the price with lax, leathery skin before their time ~ not to mention the risk of many dangerous skin cancers. The sun screen should be o Broad-spectrum protection (protects against UVA and UVB rays). o Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 30 or greater. o Water resistance o Preferably Homoeopathic SUNCARE SUNSCREEN ( BAKSON). 2. Drink plenty of water. Water is what nourishes our cells…it is present in EVERY cell in our bodies. But, many people do not drink enough of this elixir! And, without proper hydration, skin will appear dull and listless ~ lacking the elasticity that gives us our youthful appearance. What is the proper amount of water to drink per day? This is a controversial subject, but I recommend 9 cups for women and 12.5 cups for men. 3. Do not bathe in hot water since this has a harmful effect on the skin integrity, damaging it and drying it out. 4. Use a good moisturizer! Preferably Homoeopathic ROSE MOISTURISER ( SBL) 5. Partaking in regular exercise can improve skin elasticity. It is recommended to have 30 minutes of aerobic exercise to improve circulation for the skin. This gives the benefit of feeding the skin and removing any waste products more effectively. Hence, you will have a more youthful skin. 6. Proteins make up the matrix of our cells and thus are very important for good collagen and elasticity. Do not feel agitated or angry or depressed. She was not meant for you. It is good that you came to know about it very soon, had it later you would have faced more problem to adjust your self. At this young age these things happen. Were you also prepared to marry her and stay together for life long? this ia part of life and nothing much you have lost. Only your ego is hurt. She is free to choose her way. Do not think of killing etc you may be in deep trouble, keep cool, relax, go on few days leave change your thoughts abt her and built future and enjoy life. This is not end of world. Do big big things in future. And have a excellent future. Good luck.
