If you want your cheeks to grow, your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.

Hello, you need to gain weight, your weight is less than the normal. Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. I will suggest you to not take any supplements and concentrate only on food and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

HI Lybrate USER…. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm…. 3) avoid coffee and tea…. A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals… B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals… C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach…do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.

Hello, Your weight is normal but to maintain this weight or to even loose a little weight you need to exercise, if not possible to do exercise try to walk as much as possible, if you travel by cab/bus you can get down one or two stops earlier and get home by walk. Try not to take bike for near by places. Since you are eating infrequent meals try to eat fresh fruit and vegetables than the fried foods and simple easily available refined foods. Drink plenty of water avoid sugars in any form like chocolate, juice, cola even tea and coffee as much as possible and also junk foods. Do not eat in front of TV, Computer etc as you tend to loose count of food intake and consume more calories. Do not sit in a place for more than 1 hour, try to take small walks in between. Do not skip your meals especially your breakfast as you tend to binge when you skip your meals.

You need to increase your daily food intake to gain weight in a healthy way. Try to eat something healthy after every 2 hours. Besides a healthy breakfast, add an extra chapati and rice to your lunch and dinner. Add sweet dish after meals. In between have foods like cheese sandwiches, milkshakes, dry fruits, peanuts, namkeens, idlis, dhoklas, aloo chaat, paneer tikkas, boiled eggs, juices, etc.
