I have some pains on my knees, I can't feel properly some times and morning when I was wake up its feeling like so trouble to irritating my knees, why are paining to me what should I do now? Is there any treatment for my problem? Before I never consultant any doctor.

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

1.Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking, Jogging, running, cycling etc 2.Reduce weight if overweight 3Control diet 4.Avoid sweets, excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet, . 5.Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting Dietitian 6.Monitor your fasting, PP blood sugar and Hba1c three monthly 7.Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment

Best ht increase is uoto 16. Between 16 to 18 it diminishes. After 20 upto 22 it's it further reduces and almost seen in less than 10% population. 22-25 the ht increase is in rarest cases and some genetic factors and little efforts may be credited for that. At 20+ you should not refrrain from ht increase exercises, hanging/ stretching exercises, soorya namaskar (very important), pranayam, high protein diet, desi cow milk n it's purest products made at home and of course growth herbs enriched with high antioxidant herb juices do boost height if it's not inhibited by genetics.

My friend a 27 years old female experiencing all day long sleepiness for some time. This condition is noticeable for 1 week. She yawns for all day long and feel tired though she is not involved any kind of physical activity. A little excessive urine problem. And she experience a little abdomen pain before periods and timing varies. Bp is little low.

Ask her to check her serum vitamin d3 and vitamin b 12 levels. She may also have iron deficiency. If so then it needs to be corrected immediately. She also needs to eat a nutrient dense food. Her diet should comprise of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. She need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water. Exercise atleast 5 times a week. Do not overeat. Eat 3 proper meals and 2 snack in between. Stop when your stomach is 80% full. Eat slowly.

Hello take alpha ha, 15 drops with water at the gap of 2 hours. Take kali phos 6x, 6 tabs twice daily and take sound sleep of 9 - 10 hours. You will feel better after getting up because you have headache due to lack of sleep.

Reduction of your weight will certainly help you in reduction of pain. Avoid junk food, sweets, aerated drinks, maida based dishes. Eat more of fresh salads (munch slowly) fruits and reduce in take of rice. Hiii xyz thanks for asking your query maintaining regular time for going to bed. Avoid seeing excited pictures at night. Avoid smoking, tea, coffee or alcohol at night before going to sleep. Not indulge in any type of work or reading till late night. Should devoid of thoughts tensions before going to bed. Hearing soft music or favorite songs also induces sleep. 5-10 minutes mediation before going for sleep offering prayer before sleep. Washing of hand, feet and face before goes to sleep avoid of day sleep proper evacuation of stool and urine avoid mosquito bites maintain privacy drink buffalo milk + khas khas thanku.

hello, according to ayurveda increased body heat & kidney issues plays important role in your case. i'll reccomend you to go for complete examination & history according to ayurveda . here is some tips 1)Avoid hard water to drink, drink sufficient boiled water or purified water only. 2)Avoid fruits containing small seeds like tomato, guava, vegetables like brinjal, 3)Drink sugar-cane juice without ice empty stomach or as possible. 4) Take 4 crushed Elaichi (cardamom) add 2 cup of water boiled to become half filter it ,add 2 spoons of cow ghee take on empty stomach. 5) Not get relief in 3 to 5 days do consult with me for perfect treatment.

Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit and sleep from 10pm till 6 am.

Ayurvedic tips for you - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.
