Hi! you can do masturbation 2 times a week, more than this is harmful. Daily masturbation is definitely harmful for future married life. Excessive masturbation can cause problems in bearing child. It can cause erectile dysfunction, early ejaculation, sperms count and size problem of penis and body weakness and memory problem also in the long run.

As per the treatment part I would like to take nux vom200 (6 drops three times for two weeks) I would like to add one more information for you. The digestion of drugs usually takes place in liver. Hello. In this age this is not good. For good health lifestyle should be healthy. Eat simple food. Avoid spicy food and junk food. Drink 10-12 glass of water. It keeps you hydrated and it control bp. If you are non veg then avoid too much non veg because it also increase bp. Also prefer lean meat. Start early morning walk and walk after dinner. Drink green tea twice a day. Its good for health. Its rich in anti oxidents and omega 3. All these will control your bp.

Hi lybrate-userto gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

stiffness in the knee at this age is due to arthritis of the knee. depending on the extent of arthritis the treatment varies. Burning sensation in the foot is usually due to peripheral neuropathy and it may be due to diabetes or vit B 12 deficiency. Can you upload your mother's knee xrays?

Hi welcome -i can advice to add one protein supplement like proteinx or kabipro / b-protien 2 scoops two times with 150 ml milk. Or lukewarm water. Diet- you need high calorie diet. That means you have to add quality meals enriched by protein. Add more rice in meals added by butter or ghee, some times fried rice or polao you can. Vegetables soup or strew 2 times, maximim mix vegetables in meals, 2- pcs sweets. In a day. Add sprouts, pulses. Add puddings cream paneer, yogurts, curd as possible. 2 pca big size banana like in break fast & at 11 am. Sleep min 8-9 hours. No stress, more water, electrolytes, fruits juices, banana shake, more importantly add enough protein by milk (d. T or skim), chana, curd, lassi, butter milk also better. Finally I can advice to add one protein supplement.

There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated. You can do a mass gainer like serious mass.
