Yes but roti made by mix flours like barley wheat raagi etc. Take 20 gm roasted alasi seed with lunch and dinner it's help to decrease your glucose level.

1--- morning walk 7-8 km daily 2-- suryanamskar 13 daily at early morning 3--- stictly prohibited:- aaloo. Chawal. Chana. Banana. N milk. Sugar also 4 take this tab. Medohar guguulu 2. Before 2 hr the meal with lukewarm water.

Dear according to ur height ur ideal weight is b/w 47-57 kg. Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, to decrease extra fat on you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

Yeah you can have fish or chicken once a week but potato you can have twice a week .don't eat daily.

I will suggest you to Get your blood checked for CBC Tsh and follow up with reports and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Hi lybrate-user, to be fit you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You need to exercise daily for 30 minutes either brisk walk, jogging or aerobics. You need to drink lots of water, eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetable. Have a balanced meal - protein, minerals vitamins in right quantity. And not to forget to have adequate sleep of 6-8 hours. If you are willing we can make a diet chart for you.
