From last 2 days I am having pain in my lower abdomen. The pain is not continues but when I change my posture I.E when I stand up after sitting for a while or more it creates a lot of pain in the lower stomach. regularise your bowels first, eat bananas take veg and fruit [not juice] try drinking a big glass of warm water in the morning once the problem is better see if your pain still persists,get an usg of abdomen for a start

For headache take tablet paracetamol and check your eye sight for refractive error and we have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after personal examination

Get check eyes for refractive error Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Do Regular physical exercise and meditation Consult me for further management

Dear friend, Please try to recollect whether she had this type of intermittent headache before. This is because what people commonly call sinusitis might be part of another type of headache called vascular headache (including migraine, TTH, TAC etc ). It is wise to attend a doctor who can get a proper history, examine her and give a proper management.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

If it is only monthly then less likely to be a worrisome cause could be migraine which is usually accompanied by vomitting you can show a pain specialist nearby.

Hi, it is gastritis. Gastritis/ gastric (stomach) problem are very common problem, and are related to lifestyle and dietary habits. Therefore, in this case, modification of your food habits will have greater role in relieving your problem. Each of advice of doctor important than any medicines you are taking. 1. Eat healthy food. Avoid junk/ spicy/fried/oily foods/ excessive tea & coffee. 2. It is better to avoid / moderate smoking and alcohol for rapid and long term relief. Tea, coffee, smoking, alcohol are important causes of gastritis / stomach problems. 3. Eat homemade food. Include more fibres in your diet (plenty of salads, vegetables, seasonal fruits, and complex carbs like Dalia, oats and whole wheat bread etc.). 4. Eat frequent meals. 5. Eat all your meals on time. Do not give a long gap between your meals which might result in flatulence. 6. Take a light and early dinner. 7. Try to keep yourself active. Exercise, do brisk walk, take a break between works and stretch yourself in between. Medication - 1. Take Digene 2 teaspoonful whenever feel discomfort but not more than 3 times a day. 2. Tablet Pentaprazole 40 mg one hour before food once a day for 5 days. Consult If symptoms persist ***Get Well Soon*** “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.”
