Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I have problem of sleeping I can't get sleeping and even when I get I feel bad dreaming after few hours I wake up with tire, back pain especially upper backbone, depression, low enjoy, and so many abnormal. I went whole body scanning check up I got thyroid TSH so what is your consultancy of medicine as well as food.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Heel Pain:Get treated with Ultrasonic therapy which would directly heal the calcaneal spur (inflammation of the calcaneum bone) which causes the heel pain in majority of the cases. Along with ultrasonic therapy, shortwave diathermy also can be given. Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area. Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the Plantar Fascitis weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area. You shall do contrast bath to relieve this pain. Contrast bath is nothing but keeping in one tub hot water (bearable heat) and in another tub cold water Ask your father to apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. If still the pain persists then it is better to keep TENS stimulation at one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics.

do hot fermentation with warm water and avoid long standing. do gentle massage and calf stretching exercise. keep equal balance on both legs. if it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for reduce pain and after relief strength exercise must

Advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation. Gentle stretching of hand muscles. Ball exercises. Wrist exerciser.

Probably you are suffering from osteoarthritis.Take glucosamine 1500mg for six months.Alternatively you can have Rhumalya forte cps twice a day for six months.
