You should take chandraprabha vati 1-1 tab with milk twice a day. And pranacharya dhatupaushtik churna with milk twice a day. Avoid tea and coffee.

skin allergy can be due to any allergen factor like ,food or any ingredient of food ,clothing,dust particles,smoke ,gases ,fumes,for that matter it can be anything take a tab of cetrezine as and when required. or else consult a dermatologist.

I have a ringworm and I pasted garlic. And that garlic burns, white blood is bleeding continuously for 4 days till now.

Please don't self treat with such things. Garlic is an irritant. That area might have gotten burnt due to it. It may cause severe pigmentation. Please call me. Or send photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment advice.

Your fasting is within normal limit.Get your PP sugar done also.Take regular exercise, reduce weight if you are obese, Avoid sweets and excess carbohydrate. Monitor blood sugar six monthly

Hello sir, I am 28 age guy. My problem is about little complicated. Its little shame to say. please help. I can not move back my penis foreskin completely backwards. Hello- Thanks for your question. All the reason behind your trouble in getting an erection seems to be lying in stress and anxiety. It is the thought of not being successful once, made you restless. Feel as much comfortable as you can by yourself. Meditation and yoga are sufficient in relieving stress and anxiety. Morning walks, exercises and a healthy balanced diet with more fiber and proteins will also help you with this. Abstaining from sex for a few days will help increasing your libido. Take more time in foreplay and for getting pleasured up yourself. Alcohols and cigarettes can have adverse effects with erection. Good luck.

Why Sleep Deprivation Can Be Hazardous

Exams, work, parties, stress, worries – there numerous reasons because of which we do not sleep well and begin the next day sleep deprived. At times, this extends to multiple times in a week and before we realize, it poses bigger health health hazards than you can imagine.

10 health hazards sleep deprivation can lead to-

1) Induces Accidents - If you haven’t slept well the night before, you are bound to be drowsy. It is extremely unsafe to drive when sleepy, as this puts you at a high risk of meeting with an accident. Not just while driving, there are known to be more accidents inside the office, when one is sleep deprived.
2) Makes You Dumb - When sleep deprived, our senses are not alert. And when our senses are not alert, our brain slackens. Lack of sleep impairs attention, reasoning, concentration, and reasoning. It takes us time to grasp situations and facts, we tend to be dumb.
3) Poses Serious Health Threats - Sleep disorders are known to cause heart attack, heart disease, heart failure, irregular heartbeat, stroke, diabetes, insomnia and high blood pressure.
4) Dip in Sex Drive - Sleep deprivation depletes one’s energy and increases tension in the mind. This leads to lack of concentration and a massive dip in one’s sex drive. Both men and women are known to express lowered interest in sex when they are sleep deprived.
5) Ages Your Skin - We all know that one sleepless night gives us puffy eyes and sallow skin. However, chronic sleep disorder also results in fine lines, dark circles under the eyes and lackluster skin. Human growth hormones are released while we sleep. 8) Causes Weight Gain - Studies say that the more one sleeps, the more weight they lose. And in instances of sleep deprivation, exactly the opposite happens. Sleeping less than six hours a day increases your risk to be obese, according to studies.
9) Increases Risk Of Chronic Diseases - Lack of sleep increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It is very important to sleep the required amount of hours, every night, to assist all organs to function smoothly.
10) Impairs judgement - Sleep deprivation affects focus and other senses. This in turn impairs judgment as one might find it difficult to focus while taking decisions. You might start sleeping lesser than 7-8 hours and find that your body has adjusted to it, however in the long run, it will start showing adverse effects on your body.

Im a 21 year old guy of 55 kg and 6 ft. I'm diabetic since 10 years and need to put on some weight. I kindly request for a DIET CHART. My present appetite is normal breakfast in the morning around 8 (say idli, dosa, puri, upma etc.) and 2 egg whites. Then again 2 chapati with curry around 11 am. I take 85 grams of brown rice with veggies and curd. Then some junk at 4 or 5 pm. Same as Lunch at Dinner with 2 egg whites. 2 glasses of milk a day. Started working out at the gym a while ago but not helping me gain weight. Please do give me good resulting DIET CHART. Thank You.
