You will have to really work hard at 1.Controlling your dietary habits like Cold drinks,Junk and fried food,Fatty food,Chocklates,Chips etc 2.Eat home made food 3.Daily brisk cycling for 45 minutes 4.Avoid mobiles and computers as much as you can 5.Always use stairs while climbing,no lift please 6.Help your mother in house hold works 7.No dieting but a light dinner 2 hours before sleep consisting of fruits and vegetables and a glass of milk. 8.just follow the above steps for next 3 months and show me the reports 9.CAN SANDEEP DO IT

Hello, Indigestion can occur due to various factors like heavy meals,oily meals,lack of hydration,junk food etc,only exercise won't work. Have small portions at regular interval and correct the above factors.

Please don't use any medicine. You should do yoga n exercise daily. In the morning take a glass of like warm water add one teaspoon honey and half lemon, mixed it and drink it on daily basis. And add one or two time green tea. And you should have dinner very light. And avoid cold drinks, fast food, oily. You can get better result by acupressure.

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

I have been trying to loose my weight, if I take food in less quantity my body seems too lazy. I feel like something happening I may fell down with uneasy, if I eat normally gaining weight. My palms seems slightly white like lack of blood. Can anyone suggest the best.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Some tips to help you lose weight: •Keep a food diary. Writing down everything you eat is critical! Emotional eaters tend to overeat. •Eat when you're truly hungry rather than when you're tired, anxious or stressed. •Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, you eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger. Your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach. •Plan your meals ahead of time so you make healthy choices. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values and that can offer additional support when you need it.

You need a specific diet and exercise planned for you. As you are 180 cm in height you can build a good body by exercises planned for each part, gym will help you. If you want a specific diet plan ask me privately mentioning veg or non veg.

Weight reduction: regular yoga practices and exercise are vitally important, especially for seniors and long standing obese. But only these two will not lead to weight loss until cut back on sugars and carbohydrates and weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements. Sugar should be restricted to only five tea spoon=25 gm daily intake and carbohydrates are to be in complex form.

Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Do take balance diet and only 4 times a day which should be very healthy including fruits nuts/milk/egg/chicken daily. However you need to do treadmill at least 30-45 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can.

First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. Eat less chapatis, less rice. Take a cup of green tea in morning and evening. Take skimmed milk and avoid milk products, also avoid taking fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Eat fresh green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and take fruit juices. Add salad with your every main meal. Do exercises daily.

Skipping meal will not help, instead eat healthy and light food. Natural way of weight loss is by routine exercise like walking, running, yoga and healthy diet which contains boiled vegetables, more fiber, low carbohydrate and fatty food. Medicines work temporarily.
