Yes dear crunches will work do it empty stomach 10 min twice a day. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hello lybrate-user this is one type of indigestion do as follow: * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * start excersice.

1/2 strength exercise in morning along with correction in diet is best way for lossing extra fat without any harm avoid overeating and frequently eating habits avoid freeze stored food basi food cold drinks etc eat home made fresh easily digestable food according to your hunger consult privetly for more details and medications

Avoid much oily and sugary items like fast food, packaged food, bakery items, cold drink, potato, rice, junk food etc. Eat balanced diet. Do not sleep in the afternoon and immediately after meal. Do morning walk daily. Eat much salads and green leafy vegetable to relieve the hunger.

So its high time now that you start working towards it. Never skip meals eat only at home drink enough water avoid fizzy drinks junk and processed food exercise is a must. You can do yoga, walking, swimming for an hour include fiber rich foods-green leafy, fruits, salads.

Hello, 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Phytolacca drops, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Hi. Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. There are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management. 1. Exercise: vigorous exercise trims all your fat, including visceral fat. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Walking counts, as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder, with your heart rate faster than usual. 2. Diet: there is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. 3. Sleep: getting the right amount of shut-eye helps. In one study, people who got 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night gained less visceral fat over 5 years compared to those who slept 5 or fewer hours per night or 8 or more hours per night. Sleep may not have been the only thing that mattered -- but it was part of the picture. 4. Stress: everyone has stress. How you handle it matters. The best things you can do include relaxing with friends and family, meditating, exercising to blow off steam, and getting counseling. That leaves you healthier and better prepared to make good choices for yourself. Medication: 1. Regularly do massage with utsadana powder for 10-15 mins before bath will helps to mreduce the belly fat.

Do exercise like yoga, skipping, plank, push ups etc. Eat small amount of food. Avoid fast foods, sugar etc. Use unrefined foods but not much. Use protein foods extra to reduce fat. Add small amount of healthy fats in cooking. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water. Take quality sleep.

It is not worth bothering about diet vs. Exercise at 18 when you are still gaining height. Go slow. Be more focussed on diet and exercise compared to medicines and special diets. Take toned milk and curds and boiled egg if you eat as a protein and as a filler so as not to suffer from hunger pangs for at least 4 hours. Same rule applies to a katori of nuts plus roasted dry chick peas or chane or maize seads. Drink lots of water and ors. Fresh juice of a lemon plus a spoon of honey in a glass of warm water- take it everyday on an empty stomach, it does reduce fats and other impurities in blood. Walikng is a simple exercise, so is swimming. But yoga and meditation done along with all of above is a healthy combo. Your weight at 5.1 should be 55 on upper limit & you need to reduce only 5 kgs, which can be difficult compared to reduction of more weight. Aggressive approach at this age is not advised. Eating right along with simple exercise should become a lifelong habit. Good luck and do write back after a month when you will be lighter by 5 kgs.

Hello, Try to include more fat burners in your diet like ginger, garlic, lemon, apple cider vinegar, fiber rich grains like brown rice, millets and wheat. Inclide quality protein from lean cut poultry, egg, legumes, beans, soya. Include healthy fats like nuts. Never starve to lose weight as starving causes fat deposition. Is exercising (heavy weight exercise) regularly beneficial? I don't prefer any extra protein rich supplements for my body growth. It goes well for 20-25 days, but after that I start getting tired very soon and end up quitting my exercise. I am a vegetarian.

Lifting weight, doing some aerobics and core workout is part of a balance exercise program. Weight lifting is very good for long term muscle health and weight management, if done rightly. I do not believe in protein supplements. Rather eating protein rich vegetarian food (all kind of beans) on daily basis will be very helpful and repairing and building muscles after weight lifting. Paneer is also very good source for vegetarians.

To reduce weight bringing change in your food choices is the best way, try to bring change in your lifestyle & food choices, even medicines are not going to work in isolation, eat small & frequent meals, avoid all refined food products, sweet & sweetened beverages. Drink lots of water everyday and weight reduction is a complex process, having negative energy balance according to your daily activities & dietary intake is required to lose weight.
