Dear user, burning more calories that you take is the best way to lose weight. 1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

got can start with any physical activity. take frequent meals at two hourly include salad and seasonal vegetables in your diet. take plenty of water. don't sit back continusly after having ur food.

Dear patient, 1.I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice,Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. 2. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. 3.Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. 4.Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. 5.Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours 6.take low amount of food at regular interval. 7.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. I am 58 years oid, weight 92 Kgs, Height 178CM. I go for morning walk daily for 5 Kms. Occasionally I swim in the evening. I have BP but is under control. For that I take ESLO 2.5mg in the morning. I am strict vegetarian (not even garlic and onions. I have been constantly trying to reduce my weight. Pls advise. Regards CASudhakar Mishra.

Take green tea 2 cups daily. Take triphla churn 5 gm daily at night with water. Ayurvedic medicine has good results. Avoid fast fried n oily food. Take liquids in sufficient quantity. Reduce the sugar intake. Make calory chart.

Hello, if a person with hypothyroidism wants to reduce weight, it is essential to first control tsh levels. Unless tsh levels are brought down between 3 to 4 milli units, no effort to reduce will benefit.

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term.

There is no problem in eating fruits before lunch but eating all things at a time can make can make one meal heavy. Give at least one hour gap between midmeal and lunch. Banana does not make fat if eaten singly not with meals.

Few tips to lose weight are as below: 1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.
