How to get rid of pimples. Tell some home made tricks I used many soaps but no response.

How to get rid of pimples. Tell some home made tricks I used many soaps but no response.
These are the best methods to cure pimples fast -: • To control the sebum (oily) secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum (oil) production and causes pimples. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. Touch your face very less. • you can use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin and remove pimples.,• • Give Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for 3-5 minutes daily. • You can take 2 teaspoon of SAAFI SYRUP daily for 1 month for clear face. • Take 20 gm powder of Black pepper and 50 gm of Amla powder. Mix it and take 1/2 tea spoon of this mixed powder daily with luke warm water for 15 days for pimple free skin. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin only in winters..

First of all I want to tell you. Why you are worrying on having one or two pimples on your face. Your mind should be cool and fearless always to face anything. Pimples are common on these ages due to hormonal fluctuations. It will go by itself without any applications or home remedies. Applying creams or too much fear and stress worse the pimples more. Use pears or dove soap and wash the face normally not more than 3 times in a day. Drink more water and take one glass of lemon juice daily. Don't prick or touch the pimples. Don't spend too much time Infront of mirror. If periods are irregular please do Ultrasound scanning abdomen and pelvis to rule out pcos. If condition is persisting we can treat very simply with HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES with no side effects at all within 2 to 4 weeks time duration. For further information please contact me through online Lybrate. Don't worry .May God bless you.

Hi one of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. Put 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep.

What is the symptoms of dengue? I am suffering from fever for last one week . What to do now? Please suggest me what should I do now.

What is the symptoms of dengue? I am suffering from fever for last one week . What to do now? Please suggest me what ...
Thank you for the query dengue is presently quite prevalent in kolkata and its surrounding areas. Dengue symptoms are like any other viral fever with symptoms like high grade fever (usually more than 100f), severe headache, generalised weakness, malaise, rashes, upper abdominal pain and joint pain. In some complicated cases of dengue a patient may present with bleeding (due to fall in platelet count) and other manifestations like reduced urine output and shortness of breath. However, there is no need to worry right now as even if it is dengue, most of them are uncomplicated. I would like to know whether you are suffering from any other symptoms like cough or burnig during urination. Please get the following blood tests done - complete hemogram, dengue igm, dengue ns1 ag, malaria parasite/dual antigen, liver function test and urine routine examination. Take normal diet and drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. Keep a temperature chart if possible. You can continue with paracetamol if fever exceeds 100f or in case of severe headache (but not more than 3-4 tablet per day). Take a course of multivitamin tablets. Till dengue is ruled out, avoid aspirin group of medications (as they interfere with platelet function). Watch out for any bleeding from any site (like nose bleed or gum bleeding) or development of small petechial spots in the skin. Regards.
