Diet for weight loss: early morning-lukewarm water with lemon 1 glass tea without sugar + 2 biscuits breakfast-2 hard boiled eggs + 2 slice brown bread or 2 scrambled eggs + 1 slice brown bread+ skimmed milk 1 cup (240 gm) mid-morning-1 banana/1/2 cup melon/20 grapes lunch-brown rice 1 cup (195 gm) + chicken/dal (100 gm) + mixed vegetables 1/2 cup + salad 1 bowl evening-butter milk 1 cup dinner-1 roti + fish/ green leafy vegetables (50 gm) + lentils dal 1/2 cup+ raita 1 small bowl dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help you. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

If she has hypothyroidism and not in control, then weight increase does occur. When on treatment, tsh levels should be around 3 to 4 milli units /l, if higher than that, then weight will continue. All efforts to reduce weight will be unsuccessful. So please let me know the tsh and t4 levels (present), then I may be able to help. Thanks for the question.

Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Just take lemon water without honey, but to be clear only single thing is not going to work for weight reduction, you should 1. Keep check on your food intake. 2. Drink lots of water. 3. Eat small & frequent meals. 4. Avoid bakery food products. 5. Try to balance your energy intake with the expenditure.

Vegetables such as bell peppers, cabbage, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes have very low calories. Low-calorie fruits for weight loss include lemons, grapes, apple, pears, oranges, plums, strawberries, watermelon, etc. 8. Healthy spices spices also contribute to weight reduction to a certain extent. You can include cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds, ginger, mustard seeds, turmeric and black pepper in various food preparations for weight loss. Reducing weight has always been a challenging issue. It takes a lot to give up bad habits after all. It took me 2 years to realize that I MUST stop eating and start losing weight ? Health related problems ? If you?re not fit, you would indeed come across health-related common problems like strokes, diabetes or blood pressure. ? Pigmentation ? Obese people are often found to have pigmentation on their face or body. This is due to improper nutrients intake and junk food they consume. ? Improper menstruation cycle ? Obesity is a very common reason behind improper menstrual cycle and delayed pregnancy in obese women Quick Recipe for Homemade Protein Shake: Ingredients you need: ? 120 ml of skimmed milk ? 120 ml of soy milk ? 3 spoons of oat meal ? Cardamom or vanilla essence Recipe: Step 1: Add 120 ml of skimmed milk, 120 ml of soy milk, 3 spoons of oat meal and 1 drop of vanilla essence or 2 cardamoms into a blender together. Step 2: Blend the mixture for 60 seconds and drink it immediately. This is the most commonly followed recipe of protein shake. However, you can try and explore other options as well. I have belly fat, my weight 68 KGS, height- 5.6 inches, how to reduce my belly fat?
It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat and thigh fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food chapati, rice, bread, potato and black heads and neck black marks are due to insulin resistance. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner. Lipolyzer hips and thigh tab after lunch and dinner.

Recently I have realized that I am becoming more anxious about things, thinking too much about things and not feeling like doing social interactions at my new job which I joined in December last year. I sometimes feel I am not able to motivate myself to excel. I know what is to be done but do not have the motivation energy to achieve the goal. Dear lybrate-user, our happiness is directly proportional to the" total amount of energy" we spend in the whole day. So, no doubt your lack of interest and lethargy are do to your weight issue. I understand your concern. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibers, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future. You do not have to do rigorous exercise to lose weight but start with something small. Let us say 8 minute workout. Pick one which you like and can do. Trying to lose weight in very short time will need some form of crash diet. Even if you lose weight doing this kind of crash diet, you will get it all back within no time and all the gain will be mainly fat. Not good for your health. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Demonstrate commitment in your persistent efforts. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do it on your own, find some lifestyle medicine expert who can help you in this over extended period of time. We do this over long distance. Remember one thing - once you take small but correct step, you will see result and that in turn will motivate you do sustain. Best wishes.

1. Exercises daily. Stretching, Yoga and aerobics will be helpful. Do the abdominal exercises like Crunches, side crunches and ABs on regular basis. 2. Do not sleep in day time it causes increase in weight 3. High carb food like rice, sweets, cakes, chocolates, creams, biscuits should be avoided. Wheat chapati, roti, phulka are preferable with sabji. 4. Running should be done at least for 30 min daily. 5. Try not to sit at a place for long time. 6. Avoid sweet juices, pizzas,fries, cheese, butter in your diet. 7. Avoid oily, spicy, salty food to ensure steady weight loss 8. Indulge in activities like swimming, Badminton, football as they help to increase your metabolism. 9. Notice your calorie intake and adjust it according to burn fat (help of a dietitian may be required) 10. Dont have curd, banana, chiku, cold food, junk food at all. 11.
