Yes due to drinks her liver damages end it's function abnormal. Give her luv 52 syrup 1 to 2 spoon 30 minuties before lunch end dinner. Give her papaya with after lunch end wrong after dinner food for liver. Take a sonography you will come to know damages.

Hello! only a qualified expert can help to solve any of our problem without any complication. And medication or pills or supplement for weight gain is not at all a good solution for any one. One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. If any medical issue is there visit a doctor.

it depend what kind of food your eating.Avoid oily and deep fried food ,bakery products and eat high fiber diet.Do yoga daily atleast for half an hour daily.Drink plenty of water and start taking green tea daily.

You need to eat frequent meals (6-7 times) other than the usual breakfast lunch and dinner take small snacks such as banana dates dryfruits and nuts etc. Drink a glass of warm milk with 4 dates every night before bedtime. Add proteins such as curd paneer eggs chicken or fish nuts to your diet.

9 Diet Hacks to Help You Lose Fat!

It is quite evident that losing fat is not an easy task. If it were, people wouldn’t have spent on a million different diet plans and products. However, even the smallest weight loss tricks or changes in food habits can make a huge difference as far as dietary or weight loss plans are concerned. Given below 9 simple tricks that can be easily incorporated so that you can lose more fat.

  1. Modify your crockery: Fooling yourself with fancy plates and glasses as well as other tableside items can go a long way in helping you reduce your body fat. Small modifications in dinnerware is capable of tricking you into eating lesser amounts than usual. Using smaller plates makes the portions of food seem larger. Similarly, thinner and taller glasses make the beverages look bigger. Colours of the plates have a role to play too. Plates should be of such colour that it is in contrast to the foods normally consumed.
  2. Choice of Alcoholic Beverages: alcohol consumption leads to an increased weight or calorie count. Hence, the choice of alcohol must be done with respect to the number of calories it adds.
  3. Salads and sauces: Being one of the easiest changes that can be made, having salads and sauces on the side can helping in controlling the amount of gravy or dressing consumed.
  4. Imagination: A mental image, which enables you to think that you are going to eat more than you should, should be developed which would aid you prevent overeating. It is believed that the imagination of overindulging hampers our motivation to eat in excess.
  5. Intermittent Fasting: Body fat is reduced when food is normally consumed within a smaller period of time than usual.
  6. Reduced Carbs: Maintaining a diet low in carbohydrates not only helps in reducing fats in the body but also forces the body to use the stored fat in the form of energy.
  7. Discard diet soda: Although diet sodas do not contain calories, consumption of diet soda forces you into eating more food and hence adding body weight. A healthier replacement would be drinking cold lemon water.
  8. Add more vegetables: Most fat loss plans end in consuming more vegetables. A simple trick like doubling the amount of vegetables in any recipe can go a long way in reducing fat.

I am 32 yrs old. My problem is suffering with fat and belly stomach. Actually I eat very low amount of food and I don't take oily foods too. Say for example if I maintain same weight for a month, and I take food much higher thn regular, immediately there will be a massive change in my weight. I was going into depression. You can definitely reduce Weight ,Follow this Low calorie, normal protein, vitamins and minerals, low carbohydrate, low fat and liberal fluid, high fibre diet is recommended. 1) There is no other way of reducing weight except by consuming less calories. 2) Deep fried, processed foods, pickles, papads, pastries, biscuits, nuts, chocolates, ice creams, deserts should be completely avoided. 3) During business meetings go for plain rice with thin dals and lots of salads. 4) Dinner should be taken as early as possible 5) Simple sugars, nuts, dry fruits ( except almonds and walnuts) should be restricted. 6) Small frequent meals ( containing high fibre, low fat ,moderate to low carbohydrates , moderate proteins, normal vitamins and minerals)with regular exercise is beneficial. 7) Begin your meal with a big bowl of salad or soups. 8) Drink plenty of water. 9) Do not skip meals 10) Prefer roasted /grilled /steamed/boiled food items. 11) Tea consumption should be reduced . Replace tea with organic green tea. Do not have tea along with any meal. 12) Consumption of full cream milk will increase fat percentage so skimmed milk is a good option. Avoid -Rice, Sugar ,Potato ,Sweets,Beet , Ghee, fried foods,j unkfood ,vada, samosa, bhajji, Banana ,Grapes ,Chickoo,Seetaphal ,Mango Avoid Mutton ,organ meats, egg yolk, buffaloes milk, cheese, paneer ,pizza ,burger,Choclates etc. Have 2-3 Cups of ecovalley green Tea ,it will help reducing Weight & Fat.
