Hi below tips could help you start your weight-loss journery. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have atleast one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea atleast once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits atleast twice a day 14. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

I am working out, doing gym to build a good shape of muscles. But I also have belly fat, and I find it really difficult to decrease it for getting abs. Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result youll feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat.

Hi, eat healthy diet which is rich in fibre. You can take lemon and honey in warm water at morning time. If you can not do hard exercise then try to do light exercise at home. You can do jumping. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet .drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at the night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food. Take small and frequent meals. Please note that hormonal imbalance/hereditary/sedentary-lifestyle can also lead to obesity. You need to do tread mill at least 30-45 min daily. Also take your meals at regular intervals -- do not skip meals. But take only 4 meals a day and nothing -nothing (except water) apart this four times. If you feel hungry apart from this 4 times then take cucumber/papaya only and nothing. Do get back to me after 4 weeks.

Natural way of weight loss is by routine exercise like walking, running, yoga and healthy diet which contains boiled vegetables, more fiber, low carbohydrate and fatty food. Medicines work temporarily for weight loss. Skipping meals will not help. If any medical condition is related then that can be treated.

Hello lybrate-user, I believe you want to gain weight. Weight gain is the result of well balanced diet, physical activity for 30-40 mins 3-4 days/week preferably weight training and rest of 8-10 hours. All foods included in your diet should be power packed i. E giving you many nutrients and calories, also it should be high on proteins so as to help you in gaining muscle mass for better health and immunity. Examples-banana/mango/chickoo milkshakes with honey and nuts, paneer stuffed sandwiches/parathas, chikkis of peanuts/chana to be stocked with you as this can be conveniently had anywhere, dryfruits and mixed nuts. Overeating would harm more than help as it would lead to burning excess calories to use the food eaten leading to wastage of energy and in the bargain you might lose weight.

Hello, weight loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) exercising for > 150 minutes/week is helpful. 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. 5. Water- having about 1 glass water every hour will help in flushing toxins from your system.

I admire your courage and attitude towards health. Where there is a will there is a way. It is good that you realise this problem right now so that you can always remain fit. Avoid arguing with parents since they just do what they have learnt in their childhood. But times change. And many parents don't realise these things. Never mind. Just focus on your health and fitness and you will be okay. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. - Eat slowly and mindfully. - Reduce portion size. Take smaller helpings. - Exercise daily for 40-60 mins. - Don't just focus on Weight. Focus more on building Fitness. - Cut down all chips/chocolates/namkeen etc - Drink one glass of water every hour. - Love yourself and respect your body. Keep your spirits high. Never lose hope. hello..only from taking nutritive diet you cant reduce your body weight...do regularly cardeo exercises preferable brisk walking.. drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning.. maximum intake of water and green tea.. avoid sugar and fatty food.. dinner it should be light maximum till 8pm.. whenever you feel you free then walk.. avoid your laziness for reducing fat from your body..

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily, you should do abdominal exercise. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Lose Weight Tips: 1. Drink more water - Having more water rids your body of toxins and makes you feel full before meals, therefore cutting down your food intake. Overall, without enough water, all our body functions slow down so whether you’re trying to lose weight or not, make sure you drink enough water everyday.
2. Drink tea (green tea with lemon)- this will fill you up, increase your metabolism and cleans up your body inside out! A great way to lose fat as long as you don’t have too much sugar to go with it.
3. Eat more protein - doing so will increase your metabolism and help with muscle recovery post-workouts. If you can, have a source of protein in every meal.
4. Increase your fiber - the more fiber you have, the more full you will feel. This will help you escape the urge to succumb to or even have bad food cravings.
5. Do full body exercises - to ensure that you're burning fat in your entire body without leaving an area behind.
6. Eat more vegetables and fruits - these are filled with tons of natural sugars, fibers and proteins that will keep you full but are low in calories.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga.
