Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following general guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. Please do test for thyroid profile once. Also do treadmill for at least 30-45 minutes daily. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat and thigh fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food chapati, rice, bread, potato and black heads and neck black marks are due to insulin resistance. Diet management is helpful for loosing weight. 1- you should take green tea 3-4 time / day. 2- take lukewarm water in early morning with lemon juice. 3- take heavy breakfast which is rich in mineral, vitamin, avoid fatty product like cheese, white bread. 4- take lunch litter than breakfast. 5- take dinner litter than lunch. Do not take dinner after 8 pm. Do some exercise like cardio (slow walking 30-45 min), yoga.

Hot til tail massage to the fatty once or twice in a day before bathing will be very beneficial for extra fat suryanamaskar upto 12 are also beneficial take food two times only in a day in morning between 10-12 and in night within 3 hrs of sunset in between two meals in you have hunger take milk or fruits or lite nashta like upama etc avoid late night eating and day time sleeping skip rice in night diet avoid cold food cold drinks freeze stored food etc take care.

Commit to an exercise routine for your lips and face. Exercise will get rid of excess fat on the face and lips, which will ultimately make your lips a little smaller. Enunciating tongue twisters is a good exercise for the lips.

Your ideal weight should range from 52-56kgs. When it comes to weight/ fat loss it's all about being sensible with food. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. You can't just work on one body part. You have to work one lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Hye, thanks for the query. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.

Hello sir according to your height your weight should be around 70 kg. Recduce your weight by have normal diet try to have small ande frequent meals, include more of fruits and vegetables in your diet, have salt free dinner thrice a week, try to avoid dinner after 7: 00pm.

Hello lybrate user- you are clearly over weight. Weight gain at this age can be a pre symptom of diabetes, heart disease or high bp. You need some ayurvedic treatment along with the diet plan to achieve expected results. Try these modifications- a) wake up early in the morning and practice kapalbhati pranayam. B) avoid junk food and excess use of potato. C) avoid excess water intake and over eating. D) add oat sattu in your diet daily two times. E) use arogya wardhini vati 1 tab twice daily after meals.
