Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Make sure that you skip eating all kinds of outside food. This includes all junk, processed foods as well as food items that are very oily or sugary. Eat 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Eat protein rich foods and consume less carbohydrates. Have a protein rich breakfast every morning along with a serving of fruits. You need to focus on your lifestyle with changes in eating pattern and physical activity. Try to look into the factors which caused the weight gain n that will help you find answers to how you would lose weight. Diet plays 80 % role in a weight loss regime and rest is exercise. Strictly follow low carbohydrate diet and intermittent fasting. TOP TEN WEIGHT LOSS TIPS 1) Exercise regularly ,eat less and sleep more 2) Check hormones like thyroid and review any of your medications are causing weight gain. 3) Eat food as raw as possible. Avoid processed foods. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep.

Hello, The simple message is to eat a healthful diet and to engage physical activity. Some basic weight loss guidelines -drinking more water. -Avoid all sugary drinks and juices. - Eat low carb vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, cucumber, lettuce etc). - Avoid processed foods are usually high in added sugar, fat, salt and calories. - Eat healthier fats. - Eat smaller portions. - Eat protein rich diet (meat, poultry, fish, cooked beans, legumes, egg, soyabean).

Coffee is a acidic food which can cause problems if taken in excess. Do not exceed 2 cups per day it will cause addiction and you will become dehydrated and it will also interfere with your sleep. Try to get organic coffee or organic green tea or oolong tea they are rich in antioxidants.
