Agar period har dafe ke jaise normal aaye hai to pregnancy ka chance nahi ya to bahot kam hai. Kabhi kabhi pregnancy ke saat bleeding hota hai jo bina check up aur reports se malum nahi pad sakta. Magar unki complaints koi alag vajah se bhi ho saki hai, isliye Gynecologist ko milo.

Most likely it's due to age related problem in blood or nerve supplying the penis. But please don't try drugs shown in TV/ newspaper. Get check up by doctor to find out the cause so that we can start treatment accordingly. Try to get relaxed as anxiety often increases the problem.

Dear lybrate-user. You are just 20 years old. Just add two more things in your future planning. Daily exercise and diet regime. Join a gymn, get a trainer. Exercise every morning. But remember one thing. 2 hours of exercise will be of no use if you cannot maintain your diet regime for the rest 22 hours. Drink plenty of water. Avoid processed foods and fatty foods. Eat for health, not for taste. As per your age I could guess that you have no addiction right now. Carry on this routine throughout the rest of your life and you will not only lose weight but also stay away from many life-style related diseases.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Weakness is due to poor nutrition. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. This you can also carry in your bag to work. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week. Stress is something you can avoid. It's a choice you have to make. Keeping stress is not benefiting you, then why manage stress. So, set your priorities in life, you will be in a much better place.

7 Healthy Hair Tips : Every Day Hair Care
Unique in appearance and structure, indian hair is especially fragile and prone to injury and damage. More than half of indian women will cite thinning hair or hair loss as their top hair concern. Fortunately, there is a lot asian-indians can do to help minimize damage and keep their hair beautiful.

To help indians keep their hair healthy, dermatologists recommend the following tips:

1. Wash hair once a week or every other week: this will help prevent build-up of hair care products, which can be drying to the hair.

2. Use conditioner: use conditioner every time you wash your hair. Be sure to coat the ends of the hair with conditioner, as the ends are the oldest and most fragile part of your hair.

3. Use a hot oil treatment twice a month: this adds additional moisture and elasticity to your hair.

4. Use a heat protecting product before styling: adding this to wet hair before styling will help minimize heat damage.

5. Use caution with relaxers: to minimize hair damage, always go to a professional hair stylist to ensure that the relaxer is applied safely. Touch-ups should only be done every two to three months and only to newly grown hair. Never apply relaxer to hair that has already been relaxed.

6. Use ceramic combs or irons to press hair: if you would like to press or thermally straighten your hair, use a ceramic comb or iron and only do so once a week. Use a straightening device with a dial to ensure the device is not too hot. Use the lowest possible temperature setting that gives you the style you want. A higher temperature may be necessary for thicker, coarser hair.

7. Make sure braids, cornrows or weaves are not too tight: if it hurts while your hair is being styled, ask the stylist to stop and redo it. Pain equals damage.

Dear lybrate-user, alcohol is not the only solution for anxiety and to face winter. There are more options for anxiety - may be a relaxation exercise or yoga or cognitive behaviour therapy or anxiolytic drug for a short time. Think of each alternative with its advantages and disadvantages. Better you write them down. The same exercise for warming up in winter. Many options and each one's advantages and disadvantages. After this exercise, if you decide to stop using alcohol, if you can not practice it, please consult online.

Some causes behind the dark circles are hereditary, aging, dry skin, prolonged crying, working for long hours in front of a computer, mental or physical stress, lack of sleep and an unhealthy diet. Take homoeopathic medicine Ferrum Phos 6X (3 tabs) twice a day for 15 dats and revert. Follow the tips: *Get an adequate amount of sleep. *Drink at least 8 -10 glasses of water everyday. *Eat vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin A to prevent dark circles around eyes. *Avoid stress. *Gently massaging almond oil or olive oil around the eyes during nights can give great results in reducing the dark circles.

I eat proper food am healthy from stomach hands legs every part of my body but my face doesn't look good it looks so weak, why sir?

You cannot gain mass only by having a proper diet and strict workout regime. You will have to take protein supplements for best results. If you are a non-vegetarian, take at least 200-250 gm of chicken daily, reduce salt intake a bit. For vegetarian diet have paneer, spinach and dairy products. Along with this try taking a'mass-gainer' supplement as well. The products of on and venkey's are good. But always consult your physician/trainer before starting them.

:::: 1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value include fiber-rich foods rich in zinc and minerals, salads, fruits, and lentils

Hello eating less or skipping meals also increases weight. When you eat very less your body starts storing extra fat to use the energy throughout the day. Hence you start on gaining extra fat which shows weight gain. Try to avoid big meals instead have small but frequent meals. Have balanced diet. Include each food from every food group. Because fats are also necessary for your body. Just keep a check on amount and which fats you are taking. Have more vegetable and fruit. It's not only diet. It's lifestyle changes too. You may hit a plateau after few months of exercise and diet. Plateu means your weight is stuck. No change in weight. Try to make some changes in your exercise routine. Try eating carbs last at every meal after your protein and fat to break the plateu.

To stop hair fall change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, proteins,vitamines, minirales,green vegitabales, salad, milk end milk peoducts. Massaje Maha Bhringraj taila with finger tips morning end night. Wash hair with keshraj powder two times in a week. Do arobic excersices, yoga will help

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Please get General Health Checkup. From this investigation, you will come to know your thyroid level. After that you please contact your doctor for your thyroid medicine. For your energy level, take almonds (10-12) per day. For your acidity, take tender coconut once a day. Also, take buttermilk. Avoid spicy food due to acidity. Intake vegetable salad and fruits should be more. From this, your energy levels will also be good. Also, take 1 teaspoon of flaxseed powder in a glass of lukewarm water to regulate your thyroid hormone.

In couple of days my hair from front side started falling very fast, can you please help me out.
Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications.
