Hello, you can try the following home remedies to prevent hair fall: ALOE VERA: To reduce pitta and preserve the health of your hair, drink Aloe Vera juice (⅓ cup preferably with a pinch of cumin) 3 times a day for about 3 months. You can also scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your hair and scalp (and face too). ONION PASTE: Onion paste helps you cleanse your scalp and increases hair growth. You just need to add onions in the mixer and prepare a paste. Apply the paste on your scalp. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with water. GUAVA LEAVES: Add guava leaves to hot water and boil it for a few minutes till the time the water turns black. Using cotton, apply the solution on your scalp. Repeat this process two to three times in a week. AMLA JUICE: Amla does wonders to the hair and is one of the best cures for baldness. Take equal portions of fresh Amla juice and Lemon juice and apply the mixture on your scalp. Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse off. COCONUT and ALMOND MILK: Take 5-10 almonds and blend them with appropriate amount of tender coconut malai. Apply this nourishing hair pack to provide Vitamin E and many other nutrients to your hair.

Hello! to be fit take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. You need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items.

Just using a cervical pillow will not help Though I have not seen your MRI but you should visit a physiotherapy Center nearby and do SWD/ IFT and neck isometric exercises Do these for 2 weeks Hopefully you should improve If no relief consult.

Dr. meri mom ka name hai unke weight ke karan unse khada nahi hu ja raha hai 3 ya 4 mahino se woh khadi nahi ho payi unhe ek do baar khada krne ki koshish bhi ki thi but ghutno ke dard ke karan unse khada nahi hua ja raha hai so pls koi aesa upaye bataye jo unhe agr kisi hospital main 2 ya 4 din admit bhi krna pade to koi dikkat nahi but woh apne pero pe khadi ho jaye pls Dr. Sahab koi achcha sa solution de please.

Lybrate-user ji aapane apni mom ki age aur weight nahi bataye. Knee pain k liye ye bahot jaruri hai. Your mom need to reduce weight. Along with it she also need to undergo knee replacement surgery. Now a days you can undergo such surgery with 4 or 5 days hospitalisation only. Consult a gud orthopaedic surgeon of your town who is doing knee replacement surgery. And let your mom undergo this surgery.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. I Doctor I have discussed about my hair previous in the chat group as I have thin & weak hair & very slow hair growth from childhood I have hair fall problem even are little freeze I am planning to go for smoothening or keratin rebounding treatment to my hair just want to know should I go for such hair treatments or it will harm my hair more please help me even I am going through lot of body pain these days, my back bones pains even my Spinal cord pain alot I drink oranges juice even carrot & eat Spanish but same problem what to do doctor? Hi, Both of them damages the hair whether you go for smoothening or keratin treatment, but you can still think of getting keratin done. For back pain: Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight (even while sitting or standing), avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Always select a chair with proper back support and hand-rest. (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Apart from these, stress could be the major cause of pains! Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Management: -Sit straight with a back-rest or back-support. -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter. For allergy: Take Bakson's Aller-aid/ 3 times a day for 4 weeks. Then revert.

u need to take a balanced diet. u drink ginger juice with 1 tsp honey twice a day. drink 4 ltrs water. eat 1 plate salad in lunch and dinner. eat various nuts / day 2-3 no. eat anjeer.
