Hi I constantly burp all the time and after some foods some watery stuff comes back to throat and I have constant tightness which is relieved by burping this only occurs when I am stressed what tablets should I take and also should I get a endoscopy done.

First do this you have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food./ no chocolate 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 9. Do not drink/ store water in bottles. 10 no smoking 11. Reduce weight 12. No alcohol, tea,coffee 13. Eating meals at least 2 to 3 hours before bedtime 14. Elevating the head of the bed on 6-inch blocks. Do not use pillows to prop yourself up. For medicine contact on private chat.

Change ur profile if possible because once u get trapped in depression ur work will be affected. if not possible then increase your stamina n wipl power to handle ur work. U can have avena sativa Q in water at night . Kali phos 4 tab 6 times aday.

Hello, do yoga and meditation regularly along with that take 1 dish salad at every meal along with that avoid fast food and oily foods do 5 kilometers walking everyday.

These could be essential tremors. They can be controlled with medication- if they are affecting your quality of life- also, some occupational therapy options are available; using wrist splints and weighed utensils. Parkinson's ds can also cause tremors of head and hands- but a distinct issue in Parkinson's ds is slowness of all movements and complaints of stiffness and rigidity, walking in small steps with stooped posture, and as it progresses- memory issues, pain, constipation, can complicate the picture.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from thistake Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use pillow under the knee. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

For loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics.

Hi lybrate-user go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week. Medicines only yield short term results.

Hello, Practicing yoga with homoeopathic medication helps you in releasing the stress from your body. Brisk walk in a park will help you inhale more fresh air and oxygen for good functioning of the cells and tissues of the body. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos. 6x/ once at night. Yogasana: Practice the following poses if you don’t have any medical condition or pregnancy or else take an advice from your concern doctor and then only perform these. 1. Balasana: Sit on your heels with your big toes touching and hands resting on your thighs. Lower your belly and chest to rest between your knees, bringing your forehead to the floor. Relax your arms back beside your shins, palms facing up. Soften your breath by taking 5 to 10 long, deep inhalations and exhalations. 2. Savasana: lie back, letting your body sink into and open around the support. End in a supported pose on your back with a folded blanket under the length of the spine to help arch the upper and middle back, and lengthen the lower back. Move your arms a comfortable distance away from your body and anything else around you. Turn your palms to face up. Separate your legs a natural distance apart. Relax your feet and let them roll open. Finally, do a mental scan from head to toe: Where are you holding tension. Release it from every part of your body—including your heart and head. 3. Bhujanasana: Slowly slide forward from Child's Pose to lie facedown. Press your toes and forehead gently into the floor. Rest your palms lightly on the floor on either side of your chest with fingertips pointing forward and elbows bent and hugging in toward your ribcage. Inhale and lift your chest from the heart, pressing only very lightly into your palms and mostly using your back strength to hold your shoulders and chest up. Soften your shoulders. Then lift your hands off the floor completely, broadening across your collarbones and reaching your heart up. Take a couple of deep, slow breaths here. Then as you exhale, place your palms back down and gently lower your chest to floor.

Mouth ulcer usally disappear within one week to 15 days. If persists longer then you need to be investigated properly to rule out the cause and to decide the treatment. Apply metrogel over the sores. Drink plenty of water and have fibrous food. Take zevit tabs once daily for 15 days. Take care of your oral hygiene by brushing twice daily and rinse your mouth after eating anything.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily.

1) have sweetened warm milk with jayphal at night. 2) apply cow ghee on soles of feet. 3) have a warm water bath before sleeping. 4) stop watching tv at least 3 hrs before sleep. 5) go to bed before 10 pm. 6) don't have tea/ coffee/ alcohol after 7 pm. 7) have early & light meals 8) go for shirodhara at a panchakarma centre near u. These all will help you sleep.

Body weight is directly responsible for knee pain when we stand, our knee take 4 times the body weight, when we walk fast or climb stairs it may reach upto 8 times the body weight so you are advised to reduce your weight as soon as possible avoid sitting on floor or climbing stairs.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Many people do desk job and this alone is not the reason for excess wt. Losing weight suddenly will only cause increase in wt later. You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this problem.
