Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Choose foods that are lower in calories, saturated fat, trans fat, sugar, and salt. Eat foods with more fiber, such as whole grain cereals, breads, crackers, rice, or pasta. Try including salads to every meal possible keep sipping water exercise for an hour is a must.

Hello, practice mindfulness. It helps you in staying focused on the present rather than dwelling on past or worrying about future. Do some aerobic exercise which makes you sweat for atleast 10 minutes. Be patient, it doesn't happen over night. It'll take a few weeks, but you'll definitely feel relaxed and in the present moment. Hi .. Brown bread is good. Multigrain bread is better. Multigrain Atta Roti is best. Strictly avoid honey if you are trying to lose weight. It is just another form of sugar. Sugar gives lot of calories. Avoid all forms of sugar like - sweets, gur, honey, fruit juices.

Lot depends on degree of your exercise. Professionals go for 6 egg white twice daily but then you should also monitor albumin in your urine. If it exceeds limits it may harm you.

Stop oiling your hair when you ahve dandruff. Use a good anti dandruff shampoo from a dermatologist recommendation. For hair loss eat lots of proteins rich food like eggs, dals, chicken, pulses, fruits.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Do you wash your face at least 4times a day. Never forget to wash face at bedtime with a oil control face wash. Use face scrub twice a week made up of wheat flour and honey and lemon.

Take green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in good amount. Drink plenty of water. Add sprouts, fermented food in your diet. Cap evion is very helpful for your problem.

Beer will ruin your health and you will get an ugly belly. Also you will get addicted. Best thing for your face is a big Smile. Practice it daily in front of mirror. Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. 1. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. 2. Take sprouts daily. 3. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.
