Dear lybrate user relax in dark and good ventilated room. Drink plenty of water to reduce temperature. Do fasting untill your digestive fire gets active. Take some hot gruels and soups prepared of garlic and ginger. Take meals easy & light for digestion. You can follow below remedies for relief. - abhayaristam 10 ml two times after meals. -a flu o cil tab 1-1-1 a/m till symptoms reduced.

Lose at least 5 Kg. Exercise daily for at least 1/2 hr (brisk walk/yoga) Drink 3 litres water daily Take stairs instead of lift & walk instead of hiring a transport Cut down on junk/processed/ready to eat/outside/fried/sugary foods, soft, hard & energy drinks, glucose. Replace simple carbs-potato, sugar, refined grains (maida, noodles, biscuit, cake, white rice, white bread) with complex carbs- whole fruits, vegetables, whole legumes (soyabean, rajma, peas, sprouts), whole grains (brown rice, atta bread, dalia, suji, atta, bajra, oats, barley, jowar)

Hello Dr. I am 29 years old women I have one baby boy 8 years old. In dec I had an abortion DNC after this from april my tummy thigh n hips area increased. Its now 34 38 40. My ht is 5.5 and wt is 58 kg. What should I do Dr. to stay slim n fit. After this abortion my body becomes fatty before abortion m fit n slim. What is happening with me. Is anything serious. Hi I'm 27 my height is 150 cm n weight is 60 kg. Which is not good according to my height. N I'm too lazy to do any kind of physical exercises. Can you please help me in loosing my weight. 1. Aim for long term weight loss @ 2 Kg per month = 10 kgs in 5 months. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet before meals. Double your water intake. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc 5. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim. 7. Love yourself and respect your body. 8. For a customised plan, you can consult me privately.

Do first health check up.And follow these.Do regular exercise for better health.Eat more food more frequently.Do not skip meals.Use whole cream milk.Weight gainer supplement you can use.Eat dense fruits,vegetables more.Eat more protein foods.Add extra fat in cooking.No water just before or during meals.Take stress free quality sleep.

My Pregnancy test is negative but missed periods which were expected to be on 1st march.
Pregnancy test should be done only after 7 days of missed period. So if it was expected on 1march then it should be done on 10 march (added 2 days for the feb). If negative then keep repeating it every week till menses comes.

Dear Lybrate User, *Banana is the best source of energy. *Add two tsp of ghee to glass of milk and consume daily. *Avoid more spicy, salt, dry, maida related, junk foods. *Avoid stress. *Do exercise regularly *Do not skip meals. *Good calm sleep also helps to gain weight. *Use curd, butter in a meal, *Consume dry fruits.

1.Wash your face twice daily with soap and warm water to remove excess oil or wash face with Acnestar soap 2.Don’t scrub your face. 3. Apply acnestar gel (1%clindamycin+15 nicotinamide) twice daily for 4 week 4.If no relief, consult skin specialist.

Mr. Lybrate-user, healthy lifestyle means: 1) regular exercise for about an hour, initially brisk walking will be fine. But if you can do jogging for half to 1 hour, then that is excellent. Running and/or jogging is excellent exercise, burns a lot of calories, keeps you fit. 2) sweets have to be totally avoided. The reason is sucrose in sweets is converted to glucose and blood sugar level goes up almost instantly. 3) deep fried foods contain harmful fats called trans fats, should be avoided, same is the case with junk fods and pastries. 4) aerated sweetened drinks (colas) are very harmful, have no nutrition value at all. 5) consume whole grain products, whole grain flours, do not use products made of refined flours like maida. 6) refrain from alcohol and smoking. All these things mean a healthy lifestyle. Thanks for the question and best of luck.
