Hii mam, I am 21 years old girl, my height is 5 feet 2 inches and my weight is 70 kgs, my problem is whenever I wear panties/underwear my skin starts itching and there comes red, broken and swollen rashes, I have tried changing the brand of inner garments, I also try to keep the area clean, but nothing seems to help, I stopped wearing inner garments, I only wear them when necessary but whenever I wear them I experience these rashes on my bikini line (inner folds of thighs) please help me and suggest something, thank you In advance.

Dear lybtateuser, - Your problem could be due to excess weight, follow dietary precautions & do regular exercise to loose weight - have more of fibrous food in your diet including vegetables & fruits, whole grains, avoid fried, processed & junk food - do regular exercise like brisk walking, jogging for 30-40 min, also do yoga & deep breathing for 10-15 min daily morning as it will help in weight reduction & give relief from breathing problem.

You can apply these home remedies for relief: • Take 1/2 piece of ginger, crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day. • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. • Avoid cold water, ice creams, cold drinks and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi.

You can safely go for phaco-emulsification with foldable lens, after control of blood sugar you will have to take clearance from cardiologist & few days before surgery you will have to stop taking aspirin. You should get operated where there is facility for cardiac monitoring in operation theatre must be attended by cardiologist during surgery, with regards.

He survive with febrile seizure But he have fit only for a little time 1 or 2 min Now his fever 100 to 102 not reduce We give him Ibugesic, frozen tab for fit and use nasal spray when have fit.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a condition in which a woman’s levels of the sex hormones estrogen and progesterone are out of balance. This leads to the growth of ovarian cysts (benign masses on the ovaries). PCOS can affect a women’s menstrual cycle, fertility, cardiac function, and appearance. Cause of PCOS is unknown, doctors believe that hormonal imbalances and genetics play a role. Women are more likely to develop PCOS if their mother or sister also has the condition. Symptoms of PCOS typically start soon after a woman begins to menstruate for the first time. The type and severity of symptoms varies from person to person. Symptoms can be excessive hair on the face, chest, stomach, thumbs, or toes decrease in breast size deeper voice hair loss acne weight gain pelvic pain depression infertility Hormonal study, Thyroid profile, USG etc are required to rule out. Diet and Yoga are important parts of managing PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Knowing the right foods to eat as well as the kinds of food to limit can improve the way you feel. It will also help you lose weight. Eating well, staying active, and maintaining a healthy weight (or losing even a small amount of weight if you’re overweight) can improve PCOS symptoms. Green, leafy vegetables Non–starchy fresh vegetables such as broccoli, spinach and carrots. Fruit like cherries, plums, pears, apples, dried apricots, grapes, coconut, coconut milk, kiwi, orange juice, prunes will be helpful. Avoid more sugary and carbohydrate foods, fast-food, preservatives containing packed foods, alcohol and coffee. Yoga can play important role in the prevention and management of polycystic ovarian syndrome. 1. For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress, depression, physical and mental strain, hyper acidity, muscular problem 2. Avoid stress and strain 3. Do regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight. 4. Control your diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried and junk food, high calorie and cholesterol rich diet. Take small frequent meals (5-6 meals/day instead of three heavy meals. If you have hyper acidity take one tablet of pan 40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 5. Do yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress. 6. Have sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily. 7. Avoid smoking, alcohol, excess tea/coffee, if you are having 8. Drink plenty of water and take rest 9. Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets per day at the time of chest pain 10. If you have recurrent attack of chest pain check your bp, take ecg and consult cardiologist 11. Consult me for further advice.

I am 35 year old. I am having problems like no clear motion, sticky stool, gaseous discharge, always going 2-3 times to toilet. These problems remain in on and off cycle. Kindly how to get rid of this. Help.

The most common cause of these sticky stools is infection of the colon. See your general physician and you will be alright. Rare cause includes conditions like ulcerative colitis, tuberculosis, Irritable bowel syndrome. Your doctor will think of these while checkin it up. You can get your stools also checked up, before going to doctor.

Hi…1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, 2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, 3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) take 1 tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meals, gives you good result, THANKS.
