Hello, -apply nandiderm on sun burns. -use sun screen in good amount and cover yourself before going out. -take tablet nutraskin everyday. -drink more water -take vitamin c from citrus fruits. -always carry glucon d or any energy drink and keep sipping on it while you are out. -do not skip meals. -do some activity, dance/exercise/walk for some time in the morning or evening. Take care. Eat healthy.

Dear lybrate-user ji, For removal of stunt you should consult with your doctor. Do not take so many medicines, if you are taking care of your diet and exercise. But desprine oe echo spine is must. You should be careful about your diet.

Adequate sleep is necessary for growth of body and health. If you do not sleep for adequate time daily, it will hurt you big time. You can't recover by over sleeping on some other day.

Hello. You have not mentioned since how long he has been suffering from knee pain. If he has very chronic pain and he has gone through all other alternative ways and does not get relief and his pain is at very serious level he can go for knee replacement surgery ,if his knee bending is too much restricted and unable to walk then knee replacement is advisable, its completely dependent on his body response how he ll recover .As a Physiotherapist I advise you first go for alternative therapies if they don't work out you can definitely go for knee replacement it is a last and convenient option. Stem cell therapy and other therapies are also there but because of age it may not work out but knee replacement may but after surgery exercise and care should be taken. Thank you.

She can eat a variety of healthy foods from all the food groups. Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy foods. Whole grains include whole-wheat breads, cereals, pasta, and brown rice. Choose lean meats, poultry (chicken and turkey), fish, beans, eggs, and nuts. A healthy meal plan is low in unhealthy fats, salt, and added sugar. Healthy fats include olive oil and canola oil.

Your diet is not coinciding with activities and time of day. The more you fast or stay on fruits etc you will gain weight. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.
