Hi, Take tab Flexible Forte 1 tab 3 times a day and apply Pinda Taila to the hands and massage for 10-15 mins followed by hot water fomentation. Do this for 2-3 times per day for about 2 weeks.

Ofcourse you can break the cycle. Consult a psychologist for psychotherapy. Practice JPMR Exercise daily twice morning evening for 15 minutes. This relaxation technique starts by tensing one muscle group for five to 10 seconds. Then the same muscle group is relaxed letting the muscle go limp for 15-20 seconds. When I use this progressive muscle relaxation script with clients I find that this relaxation technique creates a deep sense of physical relaxation. This free and almost free progressive relaxation music complements your relaxation practice. Suggested tips before starting this progressive muscle relaxation script Find a quiet place that is comfortable for you. Practice at a regular time during the day. Preferably not after you have eaten Find a comfortable position. If you are sitting, then keep your back straight and feet flat on the floor. If lying down (the preferred option as your body is supported by the floor) then you can put a pillow beneath your knees for extra support. Adopt a passive attitude to PMR. When tensing muscles (without straining), do so for roughly 5 seconds. When you relax your muscles do so for roughly 15-20 seconds before progressing to the next muscle group. Tense each muscle group once before progressing. Progressive muscle relaxation script Start out with a few relaxing breaths. Use the diaphragmatic breath, and as you exhale feel the tension begin to ebb away. Clench your fists. Move your awareness to your hands. Clench both of your fists for up to 5 seconds. Release for 15-20 seconds, imagining the tension ebbing out of your hands. Tighten your biceps. Move your attention to your arms. Draw your forearms toward your shoulders, creating a bicep. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. As you release and imagine the tension flowing out of your biceps. Forehead and scalp. Move your attention to your forehead. As you inhale lift your eyebrows and wrinkle your forehead. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. As you release, feel the relaxation of the muscles of the forehead. Facial muscles. Move your attention to your facial muscles. Furrow your eyebrows and purse your lips. Try to pull all of your facial muscles towards your nose. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. As you release feel the relaxation of the facial muscles. Jaw. Bring your attention to your jaw. Clench your jaw tightly, feeling the tension in the surrounding muscles. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. Relax the muscles and allow the tension to disappear. You may feel your mouth begin to open a little. Neck and shoulders. Now bring your awareness this region. Shrug your shoulders towards your ears. Feel the tension in the surrounding muscles. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in the muscles ebb away. Upper back/shoulders. Now bring your awareness between the shoulder blades. Push your shoulder blades back as if you were trying to get them to touch. Feel the tension in the surrounding muscles. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in between the shoulder blades ebb away. Upper chest. Now bring your awareness to your upper chest. Tighten the chest muscles and hold. Feel the tension in the upper chest muscles. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in the chest muscles flow away. Stomach. Now bring your awareness to your navel area. Try to draw your navel in to your backbone. Feel your stomach muscles tighten. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in the abdominal muscles dissipate. Buttocks. Now bring your awareness to your buttocks area. Squeeze your buttocks together, consciously tightening the muscles in this region. Hold, hold hold…and now release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in these muscles disappear. Thighs. Now bring your awareness to your thigh muscles. Try not to contract your stomach muscles as you consciously tighten your upper thigh muscles. Hold, hold hold…and now release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in the thigh muscles dissipate. Calves. Now bring your focus to your calf muscles. Consciously tighten your calf muscles by pointing your toes. Hold, hold hold…and now release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in the calf muscles flow away. Feet. Now bring your focus of attention to your feet. Tighten your feet by curling your toes toward the ground. Hold, hold and hold some more…and now release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in the feet flow away. Mentally scan your body for any residual tension. If you find a muscle group with residual tension then tense and relax this area again. Feel a wave of relaxation, from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. When you are ready bring your awareness back to your breath and slowly open your eyes. Consult for counseling.

Take anti mosquito measures like use of mosquito net, mosquito repellant, spraying of insecticides in surrounding, wearing full sleeve shirts in the evening, discarding empty containers for collection of water and mosquito breeding.

A 15 minute session of active sex burns about 42 calories! The average calorie intake varies between 2000-2500 calories. So, you can see that a 15 minute session of sex is not really a calorie burning workout!

Do not be disappointed, sex has many other fitness benefits!

Happy and Slim: Having sex releases the happy hormone, called Serotonin. Several studies have shown release of serotonin makes up happy. As a result, you are not just happier, but also avoid any binge eating from depression, reducing your chances of fat gain even more.

Muscle Growth: In men, having sex releases more testosterone. Increased production of testosterone, promotes muscle growth in the body.

Reduce fat storage- Sex is a great stress buster. Increased stress produces a hormone cortisol. Cortisol production promotes fat storage in the body. So have sex, bust stress, reduce cortisol levels and torch your body fat!

Immunity: Having sex releases hormones and chemicals that improve immunity. So, if nothing else, do it to prevent yourself from getting sick.

Dear lybrate user, As you know there are so many kinds of acne some are small and dry some are, pustular, or swollen painful . Acne problem may be due to excessive heat in body, dandruf, oily skin, indigestion, constipation. You may apply for the time being listerin on your face fir one hour and wash it. Do it for five days. If you will tell me the details of your problem by consulting privately it will be better for you for your permanent cure.

Menses can be missed either because of hormonal changes or even stress or illness or even if you have put on some weight in recent times then also menses can be missed. All these problems are temporary and menses will come on its own. You can wait for another 15 days before you can take tablet deviry to get menses.

Follow health advises given below: Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

Hello, avoid junk, fermented, spicy food, non veg, alcohol, smoking, take fresh, hot and healthy food in meals. Don't give more than 4 hours gap in your meals. Consume buttermilk in lunch. Drink lemon n water in morning. Chew raw jeera whenever you are feeling acidic or gas problem is there. You can put a small piece of jaggery in your mouth.

I am having ankle pain for the last 6 months mostly on my left foot. It increases after I get up from sleep. But when I do something reduces. Actually the pain increases after my foot gets rest. One thing I want to inform that once I saw a article based on ankle problem. And if I am not wrong they specified my problem as" Calcaneal Spur"

When you take rest the supply of blood in the heel is reduced so when you move from the position of rest to standing the area hurts, once the supply of blood is restored the pain goes away. The issue is because of stress of your plantar fascia. This if not cured can lead to a calcium deposit which looks like a bonny outgrowth called calcaneal spur. The exact line of treatment can be determined only after a physical examination. I suggest you 1. Apply cold pack on the heal and the surrounding areas 2-3 times a day 2. Do stretching exercise for calf and ankle. 3. Have you gained weight off late? 4. If the pain does not go with cold pack and exercise or keeps reoccurring then you should consider using an orthotic in your foot wear. I deal with plantar fasciitis/calcaneal spur patients every day so feel free to ask any question you have on this subject.

I had a pregnancy scare recently, and now every time I have sex even with condom the whole time I feel tensed and take an ipill, I cannot stop thinking about it and I feel sweaty when I do. These anxiety issues first started when I went through a bad breakup, I always need something to worry about, I am not able to let myself live in peace, is this an anxiety disorder? My head feels very heavy and often I feel alone like noon will understand what is happening in my head.

Yes dear this is anxiety disorder but in easy language it's just over thinking. Don't over think about situation try yoga and meditation. Stay away from contraceptive pills they cause hormonal imbalances in long use. Consult me privately if you need more consultation. Tc.

Am saleem ,my mother is a diabetic and she is taking Glycomet tab for past 2-3 months as per doctors advise .Am a researcher ,in University of Madras ,chennai. Am doing research in Spirulina .One famous say that spirulina has tendency to reduce and make blood sugar level in control. We tested in normal individuals and we found a great difference in their glucose level after 2 months. My question is my mother is already with diabetes and consuming tablets for it regularly. Now is it gud to take spirulina tab .will it not make any problem. Pls guide me.

Mr. lybrate-user, The drug mentioned can be given to her, as an additional compound and to help improve blood glucose control. If it helps it good enough. But do not stop the current treatment. Because for controlling diabetes modern medicines are the only option. If it is plain Glycomet, then it helps in reducing Insulin resistance and delays carbohydrate absorption and helps reduce blood glucose level and improves insulin action. Thanks.

• Drink 1.25 Litre before sunset • Eat 1 table spoon amla powder with luke warm water before sleeping. • Dont eat non vegetarian dishes and avoid alcohol. • Eat chutney of 1 onion + 4 cloves of garlic + 1/2 inches of ginger+ 7 leaves of tulsi after lunch to balance your tridosh. • Soak 2 figs overnight in water and eat it morning with cow milk, it will also increase your sperm count. • Every night before sleeping go for urination. • Wash your legs before sleeping. • After dinner sleep after 2 hours. never sleep in your socks or any cap.
