First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health.GOOD DAY.

Aloe vera being the most potent to glow the skin and clarify our body internally too. So, either directly you apply aloe vera over your skin, rub it and then wash after 10 mins. OR you apply any cream with high proportion of aloe vera in it. this gives glow as well as heals your scars and marks too. If you not getting in your place, please let me know.

Dear Lybrated user, You can slightly dry roast cinnamon or dalchini, finely grind them to use it for pimples. Make a paste by mixing cinnamon with honey and apply it at least 5-6 times a week for about 10-15 minutes before washing off.

Yes to decrease saturated fat you have change your lifestyle and eat (soaked overnight) a tsp of methi dana early morning empty stomach before breakfast. Have your breakfast within an hour of waking up. And include protein and carbohydrates rich food.

I am 43 years old male. Recently I had undergone testing for vitamins and the results are vitamin d 25 (oh) total =11.6 ng/ml, calcium =9 mg/dl, vitamin b12=306 pg/ml, TSH=9.22 IU/ml, testosterone =329.62ng/dl, folic acid is 10.8ng/ml. What medication should I take for vitamin d deficiency.

Hello, for vit d deficiency take capsule. Cholecalciferol 60000iu once a week for 4 wks. Your reports also show tsh mild elevated suggestive of sub clinical hypothyroidism, we need to discuss clearly that if you have any symptoms suggestive of hypothyroid and the need to start you on thyroxin supplementation. Kindly contact me on further advise regarding thyroid problem.

Hello- skin rash due to sea foods is known as pitta dushti in ayurveda. Use this treatment to cure your skin rash- 1) tab gandhak rasayana 1 tab twice daily. 2) paripathadi kashaya 2 tsp twice daily. 3) avoid excess of salt in take and non veg diet during the treatment.

Since you have chronic migraine,you have to take migraine prophylactic drug.check your Bp,Hemoglobin.Avoid stress,anxiety since it precipitated attack.Go for regular exercise,do yoga,meditation and deep breathing exercise. Consult neurologist to exclude other causes of chronic headache.Take one tablet of paracetamol 500mg sos after food upto a maximum of three tablets a day,drink plenty of water and take rest at the time of attack.Consult for further advice

Hi 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Related tip: the most powerful way to put on weight - snacking right.

Hi sir, I am suffering with fits from 2005, from past 4.5 years I am not facing any problem regarding the issue. The doctor I visit regularly shifted to other place. In staring I used eptoin 300mg-350mg, I am using levipil 500 mg twice a day from 2013 jan. Can I stop medication as I am not suffering with fits about 4.5 years or not, so that I will consult doctor after your opinion.

As per standard protocols, there needs to at least 5 years of seizure free period before tapering and stopping medications. Newer protocols followed by some doctors believe in stopping medications even if there is 1 year of seizure free interval. It is best that you consult with your neurologist and let him decide on what is best for you.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappels which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

Please follow simple tips: go to bed early 10-11/ wake up early 6-7 morning walk/ jogging/ gym and yoga healthy and heavy non-oily/ less or no spicy breakfast include milk/curd/ egg etc. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. Light dinner avoid tea/ coffee keep yourself away from electronic gazettes i. E. Phone/ whatsapp/ lappy/ tv etc.

Dear patient, 1.I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice,Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. 2. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. 3.Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. 4.Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. 5.Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours 6.take low amount of food at regular interval. 7.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Dear lybrateuser, -you can do gentle & restorative yoga if you do not have symptoms of dizziness, shortness of breath, fatigue or heart arrhythmia -do poses where you are able to rest supine without shortness of breath, avoid vigorous yoga practice -you can also do normal walking for 15-20 min daily -do take advice from your physician before setting out on a programme.
