prevent fungal infections from taking a foothold at home, your best defense is to keep skin clean and dry. Change underwear and socks daily. Let your sneakers air out and wash them regularly. Take your shoes off at home to expose your feet to the air.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR Chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) occurs when very small cysts (small, fluid-filled sacs) develop in the ovaries. The usual symptoms of PCOS are irregular or light periods or no periods at all. This is because, in women with PCOS, ovulation (the release of an egg) may not take place as often as normal. You should opt Homoeopathic treatment, it has cure for PCOS. Treatment is based on totality of symptoms and constitution. It takes time but resolve the disease by root.In pcos first we target to get your periods back to normal.

Hi, I am a 27 year old woman. I am suffering from hypothyroidism and taking regular medications for it. I am not married yet, and due to family issues I would not be marrying before two years. Which means I would be around 29 when I get married. I am not interested in having kids for at least 2 years post marriage, so by the time I want one I would turn 31. Everybody keeps telling me that if you are hypothyroid you will have a hell lot of complication if you conceive after 30. I do not want to have kids just because of society's pressure. I want kids when I am mentally prepared to take care of them. Hence please let me know is it really going to be risky for me to have kids after 30, will it lead to any complication?

those peoples are suffering by thyroid...mainly female....there may be problems for conceive. so they should be take continue medicines for thyroid...when thyroid level and other hormones are normal any female can conceive. Take diet for hypothyroidism:- high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread, Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, Avoid few foods in hypothroidism i.e. caffeine products tea, coffee, tabcco, alcohol / wine , kale, broccoli, spinach, mustard green, cabbage, turnip, millet, cassava, linseeds, pine nuts, soy products as soy milk, tofu, soybeans, soy souce, also avoid stress. I have a pain at my left side which starts from waist and via thigh and leg it ends at foot. I am experiencing the pain for the last 5-6 years. I work in a PSU bank and so I was posted in small towns in North-East India at that period and the problem was unattended and I took sometimes pain killers and sometimes Patanjali medicines. Now the pain occurs 2-3 times a year mainly in winter. For the last 3 times my waist got twisted slightly and I was unable to walk due to severe pain. This time it gets worse as I am unable to walk, move and sleep at night. This time I consulted with a renowned Homeopath and he diagnosed it as sciatica pain and gave me uric acid, creatinine, x-ray and MRI tests of which uric acid and creatinine are normal, MRI not done till now and the x-ray report says the following: Posterior osteophytes are noted in L2 and L3. L2-3 disk space appears slightly reduced. Please advise me that should I continue with homeopathy or I should consult with a neurologist?

Hi there radiating pain mainly occurs when there is compression of nerves because of disc space reduction in lumbar region commonly seen at L2-L5 at any level. I would suggest you to consult a neurologist for better prognosis of the condition and further treatment. You can try physiotherapy treatment as it has given ease from pain and improved condition of many patients with same condition. Hope you get well soon.
