Early Morning

1 glass milk with banana or Chiku shake or Mango shake etc.
Tea or coffee with 2 Normal biscuits or 1 Khakra or 2 toast

Breakfast

2 Vegetable stuffed paratha, with curd
2 Masala Dosa eith sambhar and Coconut chutney
2 moong dal chilla with chatney
2 paneer stuffing parathe with curd
2 Omelets
4 Toasted butter bread with any stuffing Poha or upma 1 bowl with any Milk shake. 3-4 Saboodana vada or Khichidi 1 plate with curd 1 plate Fried Rice with Salad or Curd 1 bowl Lunch 2 chapati with or without ghee, 1 bowl vegetable ( any) , 1 bowl dal and 1 Bowl rice 1 Lassi with 1 bowl Briyani and salad 1 bowl Sprouts with salad and 1 glass nimboo pani Any fruits - 1 or 2 Bowls with any evening snacks. Dalia with vegetable - 1plate and salad 1 bowl or curd 1 bowl. Evening Fruits 2 bowls ( Any fruit) Ground nut Chikki - 1 pcs , Dry fruits - 4 pcs , Roasted Dry fruits - 5 pcs Tea or Coffee - 1 spoon sugar with 2 cookies or 2toast Dinner- 2 chapati with or without ghee, 1 bowl vegetable ( any) , 1 bowl dal and 1 Bowl rice Kichidi ( any type ) -1 plate 1 glass milk with one spoon sugar Dalia with vegetables - 1 Plate Notes - Per day 2 spoon oil or ghee and 2 spoon of sugar is used Morning to Night. there is lots of options, choose any one option everyday. Exercise - Do at least one exercise twice or once every day, its help to boost your metabolism. running , swimming , walking , etc.

Hi. You have so much of weight, but what's your age and height? Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance.

Knee Pain - 8 Effective Ways to Manage it

Knee pain is a common phenomenon that plagues most of the people irrespective of their age. It can be the outcome of a torn cartilage or a ruptured ligament. Medical complications, such as infections, gout or arthritis (painful inflammation and stiffness of the joints) can also give way to knee pain. Minor knee pain can be eased by self-care remedies such as physical therapy or by putting on knee braces. However, few complications might demand surgical repair. Pain can be managed by the pain management specialists.

Tips to manage knee pain

1. Medications such as naproxen, ibuprofen and acetaminophen can be administered to help remedy knee pain.
2. You can seek relief by massaging your knees with ointments constituting of a number of agents such as capsaicin or lidocaine.
3. Keep away from your usual chores to prevent repetitive strains on the knees, thus, allowing the injury to heal as well as to stay safe from further damage.
4. Applying an ice pack in a towel can ease the inflammation and pain. But do not extend its usage for more than 20 minutes because that might harm the skin and nerves.
5. Compression bandages can inhibit fluid accumulation in the damaged tissues aiding knee alignment stability. Ensure that it is tight enough to render support to your knees without actually obstructing blood circulation.
6. To pacify the swelling, try resting your sore leg on a pillow (the idea here is to keep the affected leg elevated to reduce further pain).
7. Shed off your extra pounds as being overweight increases chances of other disorders such as osteoarthritis problem.
8. Go for regular work outs to enhance and maintain the flexibility of your muscles as excessively weak or abnormally tight muscles can contribute to injuries. Treating Erectile Dysfunction With Ayurveda

It is important that we should discuss our problems related to performance in bed with our partner and should see a professional for treatment as hiding such things will certainly won't solve our problems. Erectile dysfunction refers to a condition where the male patient cannot achieve and retain a normal erection for satisfactory sexual activity. This is also known as impotence. Stress, anxiety, and other ailments like diabetes, high cholesterol, cardiovascular diseases and others, may be the cause of erectile dysfunction. Usually, the primary form of medical intervention includes therapy for the patient to get over the stress and anxiety more than anything else. Ayurveda also prescribes a number of remedies for getting over Erectile Dysfunction. These are as follows:

  1. Carrots, Egg and Honey: One can take half a bowl of chopped carrots and add half a boiled egg along with two tablespoons of honey. This should be mixed well and taken so that the condition abates. As per Ayurveda, one must have this concoction for one month, on a daily basis.
  2. Drumstick Flowers: Drumsticks are known to be rich in anti-oxidants and can be used in tonic form to overcome this form of sexual disability. One can boil drumstick flowers in a glass of milk. This milk can be taken once the tonic becomes lukewarm. This helps in flushing out the toxins that may be blocking the flow of energy in the affected region.
  3. Ginger and Honey: This is another natural mixture that can be taken at least three times a day, for a few months as ginger is a known aphrodisiac. Crush ginger to a paste. Add two teaspoons of honey and mix it well before having it. This can also be used to drive away cold and cough.
  4. Abstinence: As per Ayurveda, there are a number of ingredients that one should and should not eat. With a tweak in our lifestyle and daily habits, Ayurveda seeks to reach the root cause of the problem rather than merely offering a cure. Therefore, it manages to prevent any recurrences. For erectile dysfunction, one must abstain from excessive alcohol consumption, smoking, and drug abuse. One must stick to a healthy diet which has a balance of all the food groups. This can also help in better penile tissue growth. Also, better blood circulation in the area will be encouraged as the toxins will be routinely flushed out with the help of various kinds of healthy food.
  5. Massages: Oil massages are a major part of any Ayurvedic therapy and Sanda Oil massage is said to be especially beneficial for people who are suffering from this condition as it helps in encouraging better blood flow with which the patient and achieve and hold an erection for a longer time. Sanda oil is not available in its pure form and simple branding of this name is not useful. Sanda is a wild reptile which was boiled in ancient times and fats taken out to make Sanda oil. This is not possible now a days. Instead various 'Tilas' (penis massage oils) prepared by valuable herbs and vegetable oils such as Seasame oil should be used. Tila using Mall (purified arsenic) and egg are also effective. Preparation and use should be as per instructions in classic Ayurveda. Tila is selected as per history, present condition and duration of pt. specific problem, by Ayurveda doctor.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake: Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Hello Sushma, The most common reasons of getting acne are oily skin, hormonal changes and eating oily and fatty foods. You can apply Calosoft lotion all over the face at bed time which will reduce both the oily skin and appearance of pimples and dark spots. Along with it, however you will have to avoid ghee,oily foods, cheese, butter, chocolate, ice cream, cakes and pastries and non veg food.

Hello, You don't need to change this habit it's just about changing mindset. What commonly known as is the 'Withdrawal Stage' which is very common with most of us. Once you start with any exercise schedule first couple of weeks are difficult for everyone. Once you wake up ensure that you are splashing some cold water on your face which will ensure that your state of semi sleep is disturbed. Followed by a warm cup of herbal/ginger tea for refreshing your system. Remember its just that first 5 to 10 minutes that are difficult to adapt and that could only be possible if you distract yourself from your bed.

Hello lybrate-user just apply cold compresses over nose. Nasal bleeding could occur during colds due to forceful nose blowing so avoid blowing the nose forcefully small vessels rupture leading to blood stained mucus. Do steam inhalation it will be viral shall subside. If not will require to consult.

Take green tea 2 cups daily. Take triphla churn 5 gm daily at night with water. Ayurvedic medicine has good results. Avoid fast fried n oily food. Take liquids in sufficient quantity. Reduce the sugar intake. Make calory chart.

Follow below mention tips 1. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses (soyabean is best for hair), egg, green leafy vegetables, fishes, fruits and nuts etc. 2. These are the methods to treat fastly pimples & dark spots : • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily . • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. * Apply one teaspoon Besan with 1/2 teaspoon of curd , make its paste to add water also and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Hello, Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily. For sensitive teeth you can use any good sensitive toothpaste available in the market. Night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.
