Hey. Thank you for your query. Weight gain is all about a balance of right nutrition and exercise. Here are some tips for you to get started: Eat a lot – This sounds much easier than it really is. Whatever you’re eating now, you should probably double it. If you eat three meals a day, instead eat six. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours, and each meal needs to be the size of a normal meal. This is going to be difficult for a few weeks, because you’ll often have to force yourself to eat even when you’re not hungry. Not just any calories though. Eat a lot of good things – You need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are GOOD calories. You could easily get lots of calories eating burgers and pastries, and drinking aerated drinks but that will just make you fat. If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats. Protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts. Eat lots of this stuff, all the time. Carbs will help you put on weight along with protein, roti, rice, wheat bread, bajra or jowar, etc. Will help you put on weight. Every meal should have vegetables and fruit. If you just eat protein, your body will resort to using it for energy rather than building muscle. Just taking protein shakes thrice a day will give NOTHING. Unless you’re eating tons of good fats (peanuts, almonds, ghee, cream), good carbs (fruits and veggies, whole grains), and protein, you won’t be gaining weight. Keep track of everything you eat – input your stats and start to track every one of your meals. It will tell you if you’re eating enough calories, enough protein, and enough carbs. Compound exercises are your friend– Concentrate on complex, compound exercises that recruit as many muscles as possible. Appearance is a consequence of fitness – Concentrate on being really strong and lifting heavy weights, and your body will follow suit. Let your muscles rest – never exercise the same muscle two days in a row. Your muscles get rebuilt (larger) during your days off, so never exercise the same muscle before it’s ready. Sleep – you need to be getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night for maximum gains. Your body is doing nothing but lying there and building muscle while you’re sleeping. If you are only getting 6 hours or less, you’re not going to get all the benefits of your exercising and diet. Cardio alone is not going to help– Running long distances isn’t going to help you. If you’re going to run, do sprints or run up a hill. Keep your distance cardio to a minimum if you want to put on some pounds. Make it part of your routine. It’s okay to skip a workout here and there, but it is NOT okay for you to skip a meal if you’re serious about weight gain. You need to be always eating. Realize you will put on some fat – with all of this eating, you are going to be putting on some fat along with your muscle. That’s okay!

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.

Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

Vegetables have their highest nutrient content right after being picked. If they are canned or frozen right after picking, then much of their nutrient content is preserved. Exposing vegetables to too much heat, light or air can rob them of their nutrients. In addition, you should avoid over cooking vegetables or waiting to long to serve them after cooking, If you do want to cook your vegetables, steaming them is a good choice, because it does not lead to as much nutrient loss and steamed vegetables tend to retain more vitamin C than boiled vegetables.

Following are food (calorie) burning items; 1) almonds and other nuts (with skins intact) build muscle, reduce cravings. 2) dairy products (fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt, cheese) build strong bones, fire up weight loss. 3) eggs. 4) turkey and other lean meats. 5) berries. 6) enova oil. 7) peanut butter. 8) fatty fish but best result will come from regular exercise. You could also have amla in morning which wl help you reduce your weight.

Dear, the height of body depends of many factors, but the main factors are: 1. Family history 2. Diet 3. Age 4. Sex 5. Lifestyle these are methods by which you can gain height. 1. You have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are notso strong. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. For meditation, listen toslow and spiritual music, take long breaths for 15-20 minutes everyday. It makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Good intake of ghee, rice, and High calorie-contained food will increase the weight in women. Cheese items, boiled items, oil content foods, pizzas, and burgers will play a major role in increasing the weight in greater extent. 1. First thing to do to gain weight is eating the right amount of food each day. Take about 20 times of your body weight in calories every day. It is better to plan your meals daily as you know what and when to eat – and you don’t have to just go have it for the sake of filling your stomach. 2. Keep checking your weight daily. Multiply your body weight into 20 and that is the amount of calorie that you must eat on a daily basis. So if you weigh 120 pounds and multiply it by 20, you’ll have to eat 2, 400 calories everyday to gain weight fast. 3. The intake of calorie is not necessarily be exactly 20 times of your body weight but for optimum results it would be the best measurement to start with. If you can add additional calories if you aren’t finding any gain in your weight. 4. Next, pay attention to the type of food that you eat. You will end up just putting on weight instead of healthy muscles if you keep eating junk foods. In order to get muscle weight, eat healthy food, such as meat, carbohydrate rich food and healthy fat. Have an approximate calculation of this combination in your daily diet – carbohydrate 40%, protein 30%, and fat 30% this would be an ideal combination of healthy diet. 5. If your body needs to receive regular stream of nutrients, you need to change to frequent or smaller number of regular meals (for example 4 to 6 smaller meals) daily instead of big 3 meals as usual. This way it will be easier to build muscles weight.

Advice... Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).
