Palpitation may be due to stress. Actually stress is the main cause of emergence of so many disease. Take sleep of at least 8 hours and do meditation daily for peaceful mind. Take homeopathic kali phos 6x, 4 tablet four times daily. Have a brisk walk daily in morning to burn extra calories, that help you in managing your diabetes also. For knee problem consult orthopedic. Your problem might be restless leg syndrome or it may be related to vit e deficiencies along with other antioxidants. So, you can try vitamin e cap daily for 2 weeks. But if your problem persists beyond that then cosult a psychiatrist.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. 4. For proper shapeof 6 pack abs, follow proper exercise for abs. Do crunches exercise regularly. Follow these instructions seriously and get six packs abs definitely.

Honey is powerful medicine like antibacterial, anti-oxident, anti viral. But above 42degree centigrade it becomes toxic. So after boiling water let it cool below 42 degree c then add honey.

hello , you will need to eat more and include higher-caloric foods, but your diet should still be composed of predominantly healthy, nutrient-dense foods. Include cereals, oatmeal, pasta, whole bread, sweet and mashed potato, brown rice, peanut butter, cheese, dark chocolate, yogurt , nuts, .... basically u have to eat a balanced, healthy and natural diet... spread 5-6 small meals evenly throughout the day to ensure that you are getting enough calories...

I am jogging 45 minutes without any break. After that I am doing abs workout. Sunday and Monday I am taking break. I am walking half an hour to reach my office and back to home also the same by walking. It's heard that we should drink not more than three litres of water but I am feeling tired without 4 to 5 litres of water in 8 hours. Who told you not to drink more than 3 litres of water. It depends on your body need. Mif you are feeling thirsty it means your body is dehydrated. So you can take as much as water you want to drink.

Firstly weight gain is majorly dependent on your metabolism and genetics play a definite role too. You have to be patient and give your body time to gain a healthy body weight. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. It's all about a balance of all major nutrients and not a single nutrient. So just adding a protein supplement cannot help in weight gain.

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10. Believe in yourself.

Nothing to worry, just star doing your static strengthening your quads, stretch your knee and press it either on your fist or rolled towel under the knee, hold it for 20 counts and repeat it for 5 to 10 times. Followed by icing around the knee joint.

Please go for a routine checkup ASAP so that if there us any problem it can be tackled easily. Certain tests like CBC, ESR, blood sugar levels, thyroid test, urine routine etc can be done to begin with. Let the doctor examine you and see the reports to come to some conclusion. Instead of wasting time in worrying, please take the right steps and get out of the situation quickly. Revert once you do that and inform.

You can feel weak due to lack of essential nutrients, not getting enough sleep, a weak immune system, excessive drinking, skipping meals, emotional stress, and too much physical labor.
