Take good nutritious diet at least 3 times a day. More whole milk ,cheese cream, whole grain atta, meat, eggs, dry fruits, date,olive oil, potato,sweet potato, fruits contact for medicine and further advise good luck.

5 Superfoods Good for Arthritis

Arthritis is a disquietingly painful condition that causes inflammation and stiffness in the joints. Arthritis usually occurs due to the wear and tear of cartilages and ligaments with the onset of age, but recent studies have concluded that many foods present in our daily diet may actually trigger or aggravate symptoms of the condition. Yet also there are some superfoods that help combat and prevent arthritis. Avoiding the former and including the latter in your meals can reap surprising benefits.

Some of these ailing superfoods for arthritis are:

  1. Leafy greens: Green, leafy vegetables like spinach, broccoli, cabbage and lettuce have a high content of antioxidants, calcium and magnesium which help in neutralizing the negative charges in the body. In case of arthritis, it prevents the further progression of the disease. 5 servings of steamed vegetables per day can work wonders for your joint pain.                                                                                
  2. Fishes: Fish, especially oily fish goes a long way in reducing joint pain and stiffness. They are highly rich in Omega-3 fatty acids which contain anti - inflammatory properties. 2 to 4 portions of oily fish per week can have an impact on you for many years to come.
  3. Olive oil: Olive oil contains mono - saturated fats and antioxidants, which have anti - inflammatory properties. Increase in the intake of olive oil can reduce risks of rheumatoid arthritis and prevent associated conditions. It can be used as both raw oil in preparing salads and also as cooking oil.        
  4. Apples: An apple a day keeps the doctor away. As true as it may be, among many other nutrients, apples are a rich source of antioxidants and magnesium which are beneficial for the bones. A daily intake of 100g of apples eaten as a sole snack, or mixed with salads would in the long run prevent the risks of arthritis.

I am taking enough calories and doing daily exercise although I am failure to gain my weight! I am weak compared to other! My height is 5.7 feet and compared to my height my weight is only 43 kg! Suggest me ayurvedic medicine or proper diet!

Almost all height increasing medicines are useless. mostly height depends upon genetic predisposition and lifestyle including physical activity, fulfillment of dietary requirements, environmental conditions and frequency of illness I.e. general health condition. If you are observing poor attainment of height with respect to your age and other responsible factors, first of all there is need to find out the cause of poor growth, then correction of the underlying cause to attain correct height.

Take lemon and honey water when you go for practice. After work out eat handful of dry fruits regularly like walnuts, dates,nuts which gives you instant energy. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

You should eat limited amount of carbohydrates. Either you can eat rice or chapati. If you skip chapati or bread you can easily use rice or khichadi along with dal and vegetables. No problem in eating it. Just you need to balance and refrain from taking too much of carb. If your Basal metabolic rate is low you should take herbal extract of tribulus terrestris to reduce weight easily.

You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Exercises To Gain Weight and Get Enough Sleep.

I will suggest to treat your liver first... or increase in diet will further strain it.....take 1 tab. of "Organic India's LKC , morning and evening after meals . Continue it for a month. Along that, take 5 meals ( 3 main meals+2 mid meal snacks) regularly. Add soaked seeds,/ dry fruits , fresh fruits , fresh salads in your regular diet . Keep a limit over excess of tea, coffee, aerated drinks and hard drinks.

Animal protein like Egg, Chiken, fish have high value of protein, If you have any problem to eat non-veg then you can include good amount of milk and milk product, varieties of pulses like soya, all beans and cereal in your diet it will fulfil your protein intake.
