i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily for a week.....+ 1tsf triphala churna daily..., take small meals 4-5 times a day..eat healthy n light food ...drink plenty of water...walk 1km daily in evening...follow up after a week.

Put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 times. And do hot fermentation if it work then ok otherwise tk physio treatment.

its been more than 1.5 years now and we could not see much relief for her and her knee and back pains. She was facing this problem since she was 32 but was at minor stage but now its very hard for her to walk and sit in one position for more than 5 to 10 minutes. So we are now looking for some solution to her problems.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple knee exercises would help to strengthen the quadriceps muscle which is the key muscle. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping a soft ball underneath the knee and you have to keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

To get a well toned body, follow these simple steps: regular weight exercise, running/jogging/swimming etc. Take a balanced & nutritious diet. Take proper rest. Include sufficient amount of protein in your diet.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food. . >> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. . >>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. . >> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. . >> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. . >> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. . Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.   . .....Feel confident about yourself. All the best.

Long ignored imbalances in the body appear on the surface and are indications of deficiencies in the system. If not properly addressed they can remain and fester and worsen. These stubborn manifestations need not only medications, but a search as to what is deficient in the constitution. This deficiency is then either replaced with supplements, but more long term would be a change in the diet.
Off the top of my head I would suggest one meal be replaced with an intake of just salads - enough greens to satisfy the hunger.

What should I do to get a healthy and wealthy body? Please give me some preference.
Do the simplest things: 1) Eat right (a balanced diet) which is healthy and not junk, processed, packaged or artificially flavoured. That simply means eat freshly prepared homemade food. Add seasonal fruits and vegetables every day. 2). Exercise every day (any exercise or sports of your choice or even Yoga and pranayam ). 3) Drink enough water (8-10 glasses or a more glasses if you feel thirsty) 4) Sleep at the right time (for 7-8 hrs) which will give rest to the body and make you feel refreshed and rejuvenated everyday. 5) Keep away from things that are addictive - stimulants like alcohol and tobacco or any other things. Limit the intake of tea and coffee. 6) Keep yourself active - do your job honestly with a sense of responsibility which will keep your mind pleasent and fill you with a strong sense of self-esteem. You shall become wealthy soon due to your sincere hard work! 7) Develop some hobby which can help you relax - it can even be some kind of social service where you do not expect anything in return. This shall keep you grounded and humble and save you from conflicts in your life.
