If you r to reduce your weight, get some hot water n mix the honey. Or else take honey mixed with any fruit of your choice. U can eat it as such but if you eat in any of the combo you can hav variety n also nutrient rich.

Your height should be71-74 kg you need to take a balanced diet eat more vegetables avoid fast foods eat dry foods limited eat more fruits eat complex carb drink more water avoid sweets.

For weight to increase, first digestion should be good, so that whatever you eat gets digested properly. Take vaishwanar churnam, 1 tsf bd befor meals for 15 days. Slowly increase the quantity of food you take, have lots of milk & ghee in your diet. Do regular oil massage. After 15 days start taking 2 bananas daily.

Have a glass of warm milk 30 mins before bedtime. Include salad in lunch & dinner. Have 2-3 whole fruits daily (papaya/ guava/ apple). Include ladies finger (bhindi), leafy vegetables (saag) & sprouts in your diet as often as possible. Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes. Replace refined grains like white rice, maida, white bread, noodles, biscuits with brown rice, atta, dalia, suji, jowar, bajra, atta bread. Have an early dinner & sleep early.

Breakfast - 1 glass banana milkshake+ 5 khajur+ 5 anjeer, • . mid morning - 2 chikoo • . lunch - 4 chapati + 1 bowl sabji+1 bowl dal++ 1 bowl rice + 1 bowl curd • tea time - tea + 1 pckt parleg • . late evening - 1 bowl roasted chana • dinner same as lunch • . bed time - 1 glass banana milkshake • Try these advices and you will definately gain weight (2-3kgs/month)

HI Lybrate USER…. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 2) avoid late night sleeping habits …sleep upto 10-10.30 pm…. 3) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 2 tsf of SHATAVARI KALP with 250 ml of lukewarm water, in the morning instead of break fast…B) take 60 ml of triphala juice along with 15 ml of honey and 1-1 tablet of VASANTKUSUMAKAR RASA and MOUTIKYUKTA KAMDUDHA VATI at night before sleep…. C) take 10 gm of FENNEL SEEDS along with 10 gm jiggery after meals…D) eat 4-5 seeds of ALMONDS during meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…. Do muscle building exercise like weight lifting, push ups, yoga etc. Eat extra amount of food. Do not skip meals. Use whole cream milk. Use nutritional supplement. Take dense fruits, vegetables. Take more refined foods with unrefined foods. Extra fish, egg, meat etc will help. Avoid smoking, alcohol. No water just before or during meals. Take stress free quality sleep. These will help you but for guaranteed result consult me privately on lybrate.

Its not necessary that only non veg eaters have good & healthy physique. You have to fill your diet with good calories. Eat protein rich food to build muscle mass such as brown rice, beans etc add soya products in your diet, increase carbohydrate intake.

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.
