You have to stop eating all packed foods like biscuits, bread, noodles, salty snacks, chocolates, ice-cream and milk products like butter, paneer, ghee etc. Eating higher quantity of natural food like fruits in morning and salad before lunch and dinner. Have 1 serving of sprouts and nuts in evening. Reduce SOS (sugar, oil & salt).

Your weight is 12 kg high according your height. So you should protein rich and low carbs and healthy fat diet. Also included fruits and fibre rich diet.
