Any diet which you can't follow for longer period of time will not work because once you start eating normal diet your weight issue will come again. Healthy balanced diet along with workout and proper rest are pillars of good health. Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water. Avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks. Avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products. Try to eat home made food as much as possible. Move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 45-60 minutes workout in your routine. Quit smoking or drinking if any Take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours. Manage stress keep positive frame toward life appreciate yourself as it is not going to happen overnight. Hi lybrate-user मोटापा कम करने के लिए क्या करे? 1 खाने के बाद पानी पिने से बचे 2 अगर आप रोज़ एक वक़्त 4 रोटी खाते हे तो उसकी जगह 3 ही खाए. अब लोग सोचेंगे की क्यों न फिर २ ही खता हु तोह जल्दी मोटापा काम होंगे. एकदम से 2 रोटी खाना शुरू न करे इससे आपको कमजोरी आ सकती हे, क्यों की हमारे शरीर के हिसाब से हमें सही मात्र में पोषक आहार भी मिलना जरुरी हे. तोह धीरे धीरे करके खाना काम करे वजन घटने व अन्य सहायता के लिए बेहिजक हम से संपर्क करे

Hye. Thank you for your query. Just taking steroids don't help gaining flat abs. Firstly you need to work on reducing the fats and then developing muscle mass. The anabolic steroids abused by many are synthetic versions of testosterone, a male hormone. Both men and women naturally produce testosterone. But like all hormones -- which regulate the body's most basic functions -- throwing one's testosterone out of balance can have wide-ranging consequences. Anabolic steroids have many side effects because testosterone, which they mimic, has many effects in the body. The long list if side effects from anabolic steroids include: shrinking of testicles, breast enlargement (gynecomastia), low sperm count, increased hair growth, deeper voice and reduced breast size in women, high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, high cholesterol, rage, violence and aggression. Getting flat wash board abs is all about eating right. Plan a routine keeping the following points in mind. Calories should not be so less that your metabolism goes low. Your needs will increase or decrease depending on your work out. Since you are going to work out at least 5 days a week your protein needs are going to be high to help prevent muscle loss. Eggs, chiken, nuts, airy, pulses, soy, dry fruits etc. Are all protein sources. To include complex carbohydrate through whole grains vegetables and pulses. Don't go too low on carbs as they are energy sources for our body especially on hard work out days. Include healthy fats in your main meals through nuts, fatty fish coconut oil or ghee or olive oil limit it to about 15% of your daily calorie needs. Avoid salty junk foods. Drink about 3 liters of water per day. Sleep well.

Hello, You should reduce your weight, please. You need to opt certain natural norms to monitor your diabilities & hypertension. Go for a walk in the morning to regulate your blood circulation. Go for meditation to reduce your stress inorder to calm your nerves to condition pancreas & heart. Your diet be easily digestible on time to avoid gastric disorder. Avoid, junkfood, alcohol nicotine & caffiene. Tk, care.

Hi lybrate-user. Try walking everyday for atleast 45 mins. You should also cut down on carbs and sugar. Try having an early dinner. I'm sure gradually you will be able to shed those extra kilos.

Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.

First medical check ups.Along with this eat small amount of food.But do not skip meals.Give her lots of whole fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods small amount.Give her fish,egg white,lean meat and other sources.Don't give her fast foods,junk foods,processed foods,soft drinks,cola beverages.Drink lots of water specially before meals but not during meals.Encourage her to play. She can do swimming,skipping,cycling.These will be helpful if there is no health problems.

Change food habitas. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, carbohydrates rich proteins eggs, nonveg. Take simpal veg food with salad morning end night take less as you fill hungery. Go for fast walking, do aroboic excersices, yoga will help to you to reduce weight end belly. Take green tea or slim tea 30 minutes before lunch end dinner.
