difficult to take out medication as age progress but definitely can reduce dose ... low salt diet ... regular eating habit less carbohydrates and fatty food....consult dietician for further details...

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! reduce diet, avoid fried, oily food, fast food, sweets and sugar. do morning walk daily for 1 hr, do exercise. eat protein diet and green vegetable diet, drink 3-4 litre of water daily. sit in a tub having hot water so that your whole body deeps in it for 1/2 hr daily thanks

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. Always eat fresh food. No oily & junk food. You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. Stretching exercises 10 minutes. Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.

You are too over weight reduce it. You are so young go for morning fast walk end evening for 3to 5 km. Per day. Do not take carbohydrates rich proteins eggs nonveg avoid too oily end ghee foods sweets. Do arobic excersices. Take fiber foods as you can. Do not sleep in noon.

Hi lybrate-user Obesity or being overweight is due to metabolic imbalance in our body. Due to excess consumption of carbohydrate. Body turns in to fat deposition machine. Less the physical activity and more carbohydrate intake is the main reason behind the extensive weight gain. You can turn your body into fat burning machine by reducing intake of carbohydrate in diet. So eat less of carbohydrate like grain, wheat, rice and sugar. Eat more of vegetable, protein ,and fat. To improve your metabolism also take. Lipolyzer tummy tab. After lunch and after dinner. Microfruit tab. After breakfast replace your white salt with mineral salt.

Hi lybrate-user There could be many reasons for weight gain. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar exm. Chapati, rice, potato, You are gaining weight due to hormonal and metabolic imbalance in body. Hormonal imbalance can be treated with right food and supplement. U can use high protein diet pannier, egg, soya. Suggest Supplements Microfruit and Cytofresh tablets daily after breakfast Lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

Simple solution and most primary and effective one is make a habit of lesser caloric consumption than you spend roughly. That's called negative caloric intake balance. For spending calories you have various methods like physical work out, hot water drinking, some herbal medicines use, deep breathing/'kapal bhati' etc. For lesser caloric intake you do not have to starve. Simply increase leafy fibers, sugarless/ sugar restrictions, fat restrictions, protein increase after workout etc.

Your ideal body weight should be 54 kg according your height you have to modified your diet eat small and frequent meal and do not skip the meal diet should be rich in fibre including salad and fruits. Take more plenty of liquids avoid fried food, fast food, and more sweets.

Hello, -you should have boiled eggs with wheat bread/cereal with fruits/wheat bread vegetable sandwich/poha/upma/oats/dailya. -eat small portions and eat frequently. -drink warm water as much as you can. -never over eat to treat yourself for covering 12 kms. -walking fast/brisk walking or jogging will bring fitness faster.
