First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

In times of toned abs, nobody likes to flaunt belly fat. The burning of belly fat is one of topmost health priorities of all individuals irrespective of gender or nationality across the globe and people are willing to spend a fortune to achieve it. Today there are numerous options, diets and aids available which claim to get rid of fat, one must be careful about one's choose. The world's oldest medical systems, Ayurveda believes that belly fat can cause an increase in the kapha dosha.

By following a healthy diet and following an active lifestyle suggested by Ayurveda, the belly fat can be reduced. The healthy diet includes abstinence from certain foods that increase medha (body fat) and kapha. Carbohydrate and oil rich foods are to be strictly abstained.

One must be very careful when consuming foods with high carbohydrate content as these transform into sugar in the body and tend to accumulate on the body. The kapha and medha can be reduced by including green gram and horse gram coupled with changing from rice based diet to wheat based diet.

Drinking a lot of water contributes in a major way towards one's weight loss efforts. Water assists in flushing out excess water weight and improves metabolism. Drinking one glass of water every hour from the time one get up aids in burning of belly fat. One must add a spoon of triphala chooran to water, boil it and consume it with honey after every meal.

One must reduce the salt intake and milk based products such as ice-creams and butter. One should consume fruits, two in the morning and one every evening to reduce belly fat. Afternoon nap slows down the metabolic rate and reduces burning of calories, thus it should be avoided. Inclusion of ground spices as cinnamon, ginger and pepper in food will help one to get rid of pot belly.

One should try out the belly massage with lavana thailam, which is effective in disintegrating persistent belly fat. A 15 ml of varadi tonic mixed it with 60 ml boiled and cooled water with some honey is great for every morning and evening. Massage the belly vigorously after applying a paste made of horse gram powder and sour buttermilk over the belly and follow it up with a bath in warm water after thirty minutes of the massage.

Ayurveda stresses on detoxification to cleanse out the body, making it healthier and helps lose unwanted pounds. It is a natural way body's self-cleaning mechanism with many health benefits, such as removal of accumulated wastes and fat elimination.

Neither the belly fat loss happen overnight nor in a week's time. Ayurvedic methods of reducing belly fat takes time, so patience is the key for achieving the loss of belly fat as a desired result. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda.

Dear lybrate-user, gud evng. Weight is directly proportional to height of an individual. Age plays no role in height. Age is the ideal one for marriage not height or weight. 21 years of age will be the ideal age for marriage for both men&women. Eg. If your height is 160 cm your weight should not exceed 60 kgs. Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating. - do surya namaskar 10 times daily to reduce extra fat from body

Do a health check ups. Along with this do regular exercise like yoga, weight lifting and other building exercise. Take food more frequently with extra amount than before. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use whole cream milk. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Use nuts, seeds. Add extr4a healthy fats in cooking. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals.

Combined action of exercise and dieting will help you to reduce your extra fat in your waist line. But here you didn't mentioned your current weight, Height, health status, life style and your diet preferences. Without knowing all those details it is difficult to prescribe a particular plan. In general if there reduce the intake of energy dense (Alcohol, Soft drinks, sweets and pastries, deep fried items etc) things and include all different colored vegetables and fruits with your diet and also include green leafy vegetables, don't stick with a particular type of food. Include good protein sources (Egg, Chicken, Mutton, Milk, All pulses, Legumes and Beans etc.) with your main meal. Take frequent small meals with 2.5 to 3 hours gap. Start with 20 min exercise and gradually increase up to 1 hour and be regular in exercise. Drink at least 3 liter water per day. With your exercise include particular exercise for abs and waist line.

Hello lybrate user weight reduction is achieved by three dimensional approach. 1. dietary changes- you must take high fiber and whole grain diet like khichdi, daliya, corn flex, fruits, soups, juices, multi grain atta chapati etc. avoid- deep fried, spicy, sweets, nonveg(if u take),cold drinks, curd etc. 2. life style modification- avoid sedentary life and be active. go for morning or evening walk, do some yoga and exercises. cycling, swimming and outdoor games can also help. 3. ayurvedic medicines- some ayurvedic medicines along with Panchkarma treatment can reduce weight quickly.

Reduce 1 kg in a week is an easy task, but you have to choose a healthy way. Here you asked for diet and exercises, but without your health status, life style it is not possible to give a proper plan. In general you have to make proper timing with your food intake, at least make 2 to 2.5 hrs gap between meals, this will help you to avoid more hungry and also it will increase your BMR. Start your exercise with 20 min moderate walking and increase gradually up to one hour. Before exercise do warming up and stretching also after exercise do the stretching. If there for a time period avoid Alcohol, soft drinks, deep fried items, sweets and pastries. Also limit the intake of high energy fruits like large banana, Jack fruit, chickoo and mango. Include vegetables with your main cereal meals, that will give you enough fiber and help you to avoid sudden absorption and blood sugar raise. I don't know your weight is ideal or not if it is ideal then body will try to maintain it, it will not reduce. If you are not making much gap between meals you will not get much craving for food, and make a mind set for healthy life style. All the best.

Hello! the reason is fat generally accumulated 1st in belly area in men. Its known as apple shape obesity. Hello! to be fit take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. You need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items.
